Contacts are posted and correct 99% of the same. Zoom is a very important tool for a sales team. Cell phone numbers are right .

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the largest number of contacts and companies, and is the most accurate solution available. It has enabled our sales team to contact 50+ more people which has led to a far bigger sales pipeline pre ZoomInfo. It is very easy to use and can be implemented within minutes and integrates perfectly with our CRM making admin instant. Our team uses it most of the day, every day.

Only negative is the inability to flag in correct info

One thing I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales is that some of the contact information can occasionally be outdated or inaccurate, which can lead to wasted time and effort during outreach. Additionally, the platform can be quite expensive, especially for smaller teams or businesses. While the data is extensive, the user interface could also be more intuitive in certain areas to improve overall user experience.

ZoomInfo - An Absolutely Fantastic Tool for Business!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and the information is plentiful as well as accurate. Their customer service and training staff alone is amazing with easy to understand demos, Q&A, and a large variety of timeslots to choose from for your convenience. The implementation and integration process is simple and fast so you get started right away. I use ZoomInfo literally all day, throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's literally nothing to dislike about ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I regularly make cold calls in my position as a Provider Relations Manager. ZoomInfo allows me to call confidently knowing who to ask for by name. This cuts down the time spent with the receptionist (aka the gatekeeper). It also minimizes my time spent talking to the wrong people, getting shuffled around until I finally get the right person. In the past, this could often and very literally take days to weeks to get me to the correct point of contact. With ZoomInfo, I am able to start with the correct point of contact from the start.
Great tool when building business in any industry. Filtering data is deep and accurate.

Accuracy of information
Very accurate information. I got very good sales responses from my leads.

How easy it is to navigate! Easy to pull corporate information and the contacts I got were quite accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of filters which is good, but can also bog you down a bit and perhaps miss some contacts.

Better outbounding leads/contacts. A good starting point to reach out to specific companies & departments.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool for research into target companies, including organization, contact information, locations, and the like. I have also used it as a candidate search tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app has to create information based on other people's information in the same organization; one example is email addresses. But the created email addresses aren't always correct. I know it's not their fault but if they could tag verified versus non-verified, that would be an improvement.

Finding the right targets at companies, with contact information.
