What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking is excellent and the predictive analytics and even multi channel easy communication and CRM functionalities are more profitable and quite helpful project contacts management solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
This marketing system is easy with friendly interface and implementing during the first time is also simple process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time to find contacts and provide accurate, up-to-date information and insightful tool to target new pontential leads and make accurate informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the incredibly accurate data provided by ZoomInfo Sales, as accurate data is extremely important to me. This feature stands out especially when compared to other sources, and it significantly benefits my work. I found the setup process very straightforward and simple, which facilitated an easy transition to using the platform. I also value the lead enrichment feature, which has proven to be particularly beneficial in my work. The experience with ZoomInfo Sales has been exceptionally positive to the point where I recommend it all the time and rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation likelihood. I have consistently opted for ZoomInfo over other options due to these strengths, and it is a tool I have been a huge fan of since learning about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of integration with more apps a limitation. Specifically, I would appreciate more integrations with apps like ActiveCampaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find ZoomInfo Sales provides incredibly accurate data, crucial for lead pulling and enrichment, enhancing my decision-making and work efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a full deck Staffing Consultant and without ZoomInfo sales I would not be able to get in touch with people who I can serve as a consultant. Additionally I am grateful for Zoom Info Scoop as it allows me to stay relevant with my clients and bring true value to our meetings! Would 100% recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
That some contacts are no longer active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time and money from buying lead to capturing my own leads with ZoomInfo Sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The beauty about ZOominfo Sales OS is the range of database they, they have almost all the database, company, contact, phone numbers, what their address is
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo's acuracy is somewhere questioned because of the people moving from one company to another
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most accurate tool in the market i would say because others such as lush and apollo has limited data

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best for contacts. If you get LinkedIn SaleNavigator with ZoomInfo plug-in, you will be solid
What do you dislike about the product?
Great contact information but sometimes it mismatch, It will tell a company with 25 employees on linkedin did 500 million in revenue and has 600 employees. It makes no sense

What do you like best about the product?
huge database with datafield related to customer/client helping me to get the cell number for account management

multiple filter in the advanced search sometimes create confusion on selecting multiple option and you miss on some data

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a user of ZoomInfo since the days of DiscoverOrg. I believe it's the best platform out there right now. They continue to layer on new tools and data. I use Intent keywords, WebSights and Workflows. I also have the connector to HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy could be improved on the phone numbers and even emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having better data to act on from a sales perspective. We are heavy users of intent data and it is relevant.

What do you like best about the product?
Almost too easy to get to industrial contacts that I need to build relations that lead to business. Access to contact information is easier to get through Zoom than finding it within my own records!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, is that I sometimes go to LinkedIn to see historic employment of person, or photo of what they look like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to contact information from the types of contacts that I should be in touch with... incuding email to mobile numbers

What do you like best about the product?
The current data, being able to search by company name, industry, contact name, department is incredibly convenient. There is always a different way to search for prospects if you try a few different ways, so don't give up on the first try if nothing comes up. The feature I like best is that I can search by "Tribal Entity" Because this is who our primary target is. I haven't found anything close to that with other applications. I'd have to just put in "Government" or "Gaming and Casinos" and narrow the list down from there. This took longer that I would have liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that could be better with zoom info is troubleshooting on my own. If there was a "how to guide" or if you are encountering this problem, try this. At times it seems like my question could be answered with a quick chat but I understand the support team is busy. I do love that I have a direct contact if I have multiply issues or challenges. Luis and Cam are the absolute BEST!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the specific feature to search by "Tribal Entity" in invaluable. Zoom Info has allowed me to reach more prospects quicker by giving this search criteria option. Intent is also very valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how we can easily automate general ourtreach to a list of relevant prospects with the workflow feature. Also, being able to research a company or contact in such great detail in one place is so nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like it is hard to find out at a glance if the contact is in a particular workflow or salesflow, and where they are in either of those. Especially if I am trying to determine which email was last sent, or coming up next. It may list it, but I would love to be able to cllick on it and be taken to the email or template to refresh myself about exactly what they have just received and are going to soon receive. Maybe that is a review for Engage instead of Sales OS...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves the problem of spending most of my prospecting time trying to qualify a prospect and find relevant contacts only to be able to send an InMail on LinkedIn instead of an email or call. Zoominfo provides a much better chance of actually making contact by listing email addresses and phone numbers. We also get in front of a lot more people that we have in the past by setting up automated emails to relevant companies and contacts that we can tell ZoomInfo to look for. It saves us a lot of time and gives us great information.
