Not As Advertised / Incredibly Unstable
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to port it out to software that functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ZoomInfo Chrome extension didn't work for a business quarter that we had it and it looks like it well preceded that looking at reviews online. Our computer system with 32GB of memory was crashing while using ZoomInfo and had to be disabled. On asking to cancel given their 99% uptime clause they did not honour this and forced us to extend the contract saying their work around for other system we didn't work with was a fix.
The contacts largely go to receptionists and not the advertised contacts. Our own agency has over 8 year old out of date information on ZoomInfo. I don't know where they get their data from but it's clearly very outdated.
Highly deceptive company I couldn't recommend you put your advertising dollars into. We will likely sue for damages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't find the software worked at all as advertised. It wasn't stable for a business quarter and the contacts didn't go to the correct people displayed which rendered it ineffective overall.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel the data accuracy is more then 100% which makes it a best comphrehensive b2b database tool provider. the buyer intent data helps in generating more leads and have meaningful conversation with the prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
they should have more export limit, now they have started giving more export limits to admins

The buyer intent data and signals are solving the issue of account management strategy
Great Tool for Building Sales Pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a very useful tool that I use on a daily basis to produce new leads. The best part about Zoominfo is that it has a user-friendly design and gives authentic data, which helps the sales team. We can also update bulk data excel files and get information for all dates in the excel file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is expensive for a starting business, and only one ID can be used by one user multipal login is not supported.

zoominfo helps to get direct contact office number and professional email id of a person which helps or sales team to reach the person.

Zoominfo is a cloud based and has great user interface which allows me to dig more indetail about a prospect, I am gettting everything in one single page, prospects details, his personal and business information, where he works, what his designation, best possible number to contact him/her

Accuracy is a challenge for few of the contacts

What do you like best about the product?
I can't imagine doing my job (marketing operations) without ZoomInfo -- I use it constantly throughout the day. There isn't a feature in ZoomInfo Sales that I don't use and am happy with them all. Very accurate person and company data (all things considered) which we use create our TAM and find our target buying team members at those accounts. We use *Intent to know when companies are in-market for our products, we use *Websights to know what companies are visiting our website and what specific urls they are visiting, we use *Workflows to watch for companies in our target market visiting our website and add additional buying team members automatically (this is just one example). The Chrome extension layered over LinkedIn for adding people/companies to CRM is powerful. Implementation is easy to setup and make changes as needed, and customer support is always responsive. What do you dislike about the product?
This is very niche, but I want more than anything to be able to export Websights information - not just the companies visiting our website but the specific urls they are visiting. This detail is extremely important to us and we can only get this information directly in the UI.

Helping us keep our data clean and up-to-date. Informing us of company buying signals.

Zoominfo is the clear winner and a leader in B2b data sourcing grid, it supply best data, when you expore data, it will give you 15-20 field with many information like Name, company, title, industry, State, Country, revenue, SIC code, employee headcount, is'nt it so much information for pipeline generation

they should start providing most like email address incase of blank field

Zoominfos take time to load the page sometimes and you have to close the browser and restart

Zoominfo gives millions of indetail data to you, emails, phone numbers, location, Hq, education background of a person, and emplyement history. Scoops is a rich feature for us, intelligence about company and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales best part is the huge database it holds for global market, most of the other vendors struggle with EMEA data, but Zoominfo can provide that data as well. the technology landscape data has been useful for us in penetrating the account, it's one of that crucial data which helps in opening the door, the account intelligence it top most.

the junk data should be removed asap, unnecessary creates issue
