Tellwise Brings Enjoyment Back To Cold Calling
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise is a one of the best tools I've used for cold calling and breaking into new accounts. Their conference bridge calling, click-to-dial, pre-recorded voicemails, and data tracking make it easy to achieve 100+ calls a day. I no longer have to manually dial or leave numerous voicemails. These tools plus their email campaign have saved me significant amounts of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area I could see improvement on is its CRM Integration. Integration with more CRM solutions (NetSuite) would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented Tellwise to increase productivity, maximize efficiency, and gather data. Tellwise has lived up to its expectations plus more. I am able to reach more contacts with less effort. The amount of data gathered provides insight on whats working and whats not working. This has allowed me to get in front of more contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you log a call and say the person is not interested it would be great if they removed them from the sales flow. This may be a feature already...I apologize if it is. The only other recommendation i have is the learning team. The L&D team that provides training needs to adjust to the audience they are presenting to. I am the main user for my company. I have been providing my own training's for reps as they better relate to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoominfo is quantity of data. You will find details of 1 man show business to large organization. Recently they have made some changes and worked hard to improve the quality of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quality of data. It is really hard to work with data which is half baked and just rip off from data scrapping and web references. Also their new UI works very slow compared to old one. Sometimes for making things look modern, people ignore the simplicity and usability of the product.

Prospecting and business analytics. We were able to get huge data of business around us to reach out to them to market our services.

Currently they merged with DiscoverOrg, so quality of data and market intelligence will be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the tracking feature when sending emails! This saves me a ton of time when trying to find out where to focus my time.

I wish you could delete failed emails in bulk.

Understand which companies are receptive to my email outreach. Contacts that are opening my emails means that I should focus my time more on them.

What do you like best about the product?
The dialer itself makes cold calling and what not so much fast and easier. Instead of getting through a handful of dials a day tellwise lets me do at least 100 a day. The email tracking is also extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The salesflow aspect can be a little generic. BUT still a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not experienced any problems, but I find it allows for more productivity throughout the day.
An Easy & Effective Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise makes it very easy to upload and label contacts. The Salesflow tool is easy to use and and set up for mass email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling of salesflows could be more intuitive. Instead of having Email 1 go out in 'this many days' and 'hours' and so on, I wish there was a calendar option to select a date and time for the email to send. It would be much easier to figure out what time these emails were going to send, rather than counting hours and figuring out what time it will be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in touch with as many contacts as possible, we can reach many business contacts throughout the country using this tool and it's very simple to do with Tellwise.
ZoomInfo Quintessential Tool For Contact Research
What do you like best about the product?
The breath of coverage globally of both contact information and company information was, for me, the best aspect of this data base. That and the chrome plugin make ZoomInfo an amazing resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company information page could be more detailed, and I noticed that often the "employee headcount" number was inaccurate for the type of companies I was researching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing multiple types of marketing, and business development research. It is very useful in my work to have the direct contact information of so many C-Level executives just a click away, as well as to have a company profile so easily accessible.

I recommend this tool if you are looking for a service that has a great base of coverage and access to contact information for a staggering amount of professionals.

On certain accounts the data isn't updated as frequently as other accounts. Also that the org charts are still missing different tiers on who reports to who
