Great for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I use DiscoverOrg to get unique numbers and email addresses for companies I want to prospect on. Their website is easy to navigate and they have most companies on there that we call on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. My only gripe is that sometimes they can only give you the directory number instead of someone's direct contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were at a standstill with lack of numbers to call. With DiscoverOrg there are new numbers to call and prospect on.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get org charts, direct lines & email addresses, and to do research requests for folks not already listed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information could get scrubbed as often times a lot of the listed information for numbers and addresses are outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who to contact and how to get a hold of them as well as the ability to see where they fit in the org.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monthly account audits fro accurate lines and email addresses.

There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom info - except to say that more contacts for companies outside of England - (France is my main target) and in Europe would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg provides a large database of targets, and the database is updated quite frequently. The org structure provided is especially useful if you are doing account based selling. The scoops are relevant and useful, though they can be a bit dated at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
DO provides a lot of data. Need to spend the time to determine what accounts/people to target. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. Deal prediction capability exists but doesnt seem to be that good. Secondly, DO provides the ability to search people by technologies. We have found this to be broken. Finally, customer support is spotty. Simple requests take time to be fulfilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to solve two problems - augmenting our inhouse database, and to find timely scoops so we can focus our sales efforts on them
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have not found anything better so far. And DiscoverOrg has been buying the competition!

What do you like best about the product?
Good filter options for list building which makes it easier to identify key contacts
Good general database to look through
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take time to export a large list, especially when you have to request credits.
Although not possible, more direct numbers would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables business development team to better identify key personas within accounts.
Enables quicker pipeline generation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try using multiple filters to really narrow down your results

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find contact information... If the information is not locked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company feels cheated out after the RainKing purchase. We were told that we would have every update to the database, and to have locked content on paid services feels really cheap to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many benefits. DiscoverOrg cannot make my calls for me.
