Zoominfo has greatly helped my team in targeting our sales to companies looking for training. We can zwero in on the exact person to reach out to becuase zoominfo provides the email address and number.
Zoominfo also integrates into Salesforce so it is easy to add contacts and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information in zoominfo is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has been great in getting the DM information and target marketing to our clients.

Accuracy of information - bounce backs have decreased since using ZoomInfo. The data is super accurate!

Honestly, the only thing that's just ok about ZI-Sales is the user interface. It takes some time to get used to.

We've used ZoomInfo for about five years in the oil and gas industry.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We had some issues in the early stages of using the solution, but they've been stable for quite a while now.

Zoominfo is an absolutely necessary tool for software sales today
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has all necessary prospecting data, like mobile numbers, emails, company profile, revenue information. Its 95% accurate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times company revenue is inaccurate. Sometimes there are prospects that are on LinkedIn but there is outdated or blank data for that same prospect on ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get all lead data through ZoomInfo. Without it I would be looking at company websites, hoping for referrals or purely LinkedIn networking. Its an absolute necessity.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides some of the best content for finding the right people, in the right positions, in the right companies for our global and national sales campaigns. It is simple to use and allows us to get what we need right away, so we can get back to the business of selling.

The only area I would suggest improvement would be finding contacts in geographies outside of the United States and North America.

The problem is finding key information on the prospects and ZoomInfo provides this.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to "Zoom" in on the specific market I'm targeting. I'm able to hone my searches down to the Manager/Supervisor level if I want and search a small area rather than a major Metro.
Setup and Customer Service/support has been great. Very intuitive and we've been able to quickly get answers and assistance when building our searches. The system itself is very intuitive and easy to implement.
We use Salesforce for our CRM and Zoominfo seamlessly integrates into the platform. We were quite amazed with the integration and how customers and companies that predate our Zoominfo implementation pop up in Zoominfo with info we previously didn't have.
My team and I use Zoominfo daily. The reporting capability makes tracking our progress a breeze. The entire team is so pleased with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching a market like Real Estate, it's hard to narrow the search to the specific players you want to reach. But the wide-net cast by Zoominfo does get your right customer

Narrowing our lead search to make marketing more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, user friendly and quick, instact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the contact details are not correct / recent e.g. email address, direct and mobile numbers.
It would be better if the direct numbers, and mobiles numbers also get expoerted at the time we export cantacts from Zoom to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting relevant contact and their details in accordance to our services, target leads, lead intellegence, company insights, scoops and planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very easy to use and navigate and has a high percentage of contacts and details that we are looking for, i would say over 90% of the time we find the necessary correct details. You also only use credits for exporting data, which is different to other providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally hard to find European contact details, a greater coverage of this would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We especially use Zoominfo for contact details whilst prospecting and some buying intent.
