ZoomInfo an Excellent Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Just like all tools knowing how to use ZoomInfo is key to getting better results and this is where their team excels. ZoomInfo's team does a great job of listening and drilling down training so you understand how to use the features avaliable. The information within ZoomInfo is vast and has been very helpful in helping me idenfity the right time and right person. I am also impressed with the constant improvements being made to the site. I am on the site daily and love how easily I can go from Sales Force to ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to ZoomInfo is there is so much within it. It is taking me some time and still learning all the ways to best use it. It is kind of like eating an elephant one bite at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes not knowing if a customer is actually engaging with your conversations is hard but being able to look at Web Insights I can see if they are looking at our webpages and what they are looking at. Zoominfo has also helped me identify current buying groups within organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
The volume of data that's available about private businesses. The plan was affordable but only if I purchased through my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I could not configure interfaces to other products because I was under a corporate plan. Lack of accurate phone numbers, especially mobile. There is a fairly substantial learning curve to using the product, especially if you want to use advanced features.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information provided is extremely helpful. Sometimes I just get a 1st name when cold calling, but it doesn't even bother me because I know, more than likely, I can track them down on Zoom Info and get accurate contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. The only thing I find a bit of a nuisance is when you extract a report, there is an excessive amount of columns that aren't usually necessary (NAICS, repetitive columns i.e. revenue range vs revenue, etc). Would be nice to have the option to select the pertinent info we want to exrapolite instead of having to sift through/delete unneeded columns.

Ability to track better contacts within an organization and more easily obtain accurate contact information

What do you like best about the product?
It has multiple filters to find the right POC with all vaild email id's and phone numbers

The integration with the CRM is not as good as manual automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo saves a lot of time in lead research and finding valid emails with direct number. Also, this gives direct integration with the CRM tool to track intent accounts.

Great support! Lots of training videos to help navigagte the site.

It has so much information it takes a litte time to figure it out. But the training videos help tremendously.

I have tested Dun & Bradstreet, Apollo.IO, and Lusha. Zoominfo has way more richer tools, in my opinion, more accurate data, and more contacts.

Cost. Providing so many tools and data comes with a price.

A provides accurate contact information of people I'm looking for with suggestion on engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives me a clear insight into my account, technology footprint and contacts that I need to reach out and establish a relationship. Easy to use and a very helpful asset to me for my day-to-day functionality. Zoominfo in integrated into my SFDC and is frequently used for job functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in tech and there is a fair amount of turnover. I need to have latest updates of employees, turnover, and new roles. Perhaps semi-annual or quarterly employee updates could be improved. Additionally, the technology infrastructure deployments are not always accurate and need to be refreshed regularly. Otherwise, Zoominfo is very helpful asset to me.

Employee contact details are not always accurate. Needs to be refreshed regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
This is my primary tool for finding business leaders' contact information. User interface and filtering is especially convenient for searching attractive industry segments. The quality of the data is superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quantity of the data sometimes makes it challenging. Also, there is quite a bit of turnover in the sales organization making it difficult to build relationships with customer support.

Gets me to the right top person in the company 99% of the time.
