Massive, Accurate Data: ZoomInfo boasts a huge database of contacts and companies, known for its comprehensiveness and high accuracy. This lets you find the right people to connect with for your sales and marketing efforts.
Deep Insights: It goes beyond just contact information. ZoomInfo provides additional details like industry trends, technographic data (what technology companies use), and even buying intent signals. This equips you with valuable insights to personalize your outreach.
Actionable Intelligence: ZoomInfo doesn't just give you data, it helps you use it. Tools like data segmentation, lead nurturing, and integrations with CRMs and marketing automation platforms allow you to turn insights into targeted campaigns and improved sales performance.

While ZoomInfo strives for high accuracy, some users report occasional inconsistencies in data, such as outdated contact information or incorrect titles. This can be frustrating and lead to wasted outreach efforts.

ZoomInfo Sales tackles two major problems for me: finding qualified leads and improving my sales conversations through chorus.

I use the tool to conduct secondary market research.
What is most valuable?
We can easily find the data we need on ZoomInfo, which is why I like it. It has 99 percent accuracy. ZoomInfo almost always provides accurate data for specific roles and markets.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes, the data can be lacking or inaccurate, with occasional server issues. I'd like to see these lagging issues addressed. For example, when validating data, there are often discrepancies; a company might show different data counts on ZoomInfo compared to other sources. Improving the integration of accurate data would be beneficial.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the product for two and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I rate the tool's stability a seven out of ten.

Sometimes, I have to wait for a response, maybe 30-40 minutes. When I'm working, I want issues resolved as soon as possible, but there are times when the response takes longer than I'd like.

The tool costs around 10-15 dollars a month. It is a bit expensive.
What other advice do I have?
I rate the tool's adaptation to changing data regulations around a seven-point five to eight out of ten because ZoomInfo plays a crucial role in data gathering or data extraction for a particular industry or market. Now, it's easier for people to get data easily from Google.
I recommend this to my peers and colleagues because they provide good data. They are a good data source and offer a data structure. Currently, we are doing market research. So, I tell my colleagues or team that you can get data easily from ZoomInfo. It is reliable to use. That's why I recommend using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I ike the layout and the chrome extention for easue of use. the fact that all the information you need is in one space is also very efficient. the contact information is the most correct across any platform I have tried
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be better if I had the ability to delete companies or contacts out of the saved lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides all the information you need in one place to make quicker calls to new leads withought having to use multiple tabs for researching.
Reduce the sales cycle
What do you like best about the product?
the sales cycle has become reduced with usuage of zoominfo, no longer needs to map the account to penetrate in it, easily know the buyer and who is the decision maker, who could be influencer and with buyer intent data, you get intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
they have removed the salesforce integration, could be reason they may be pulling out data from SFDC, not sure, but wish they have it back

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is an amazing company research and contact export platform. It enables our sales teams to reach their targets with precision and ease. They're able to dive into the intent, website visits, scoops, etc. to supercharge their sales strategy. They're able to engage the right prospects with the right story at the right time. Using the tool contributes to their funnel and wins, and optimizes their seller productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is great! I would recommend adding more options in Advanced Search such as filter out companies without a website listed, or allow a maximum amount of contacts to populate per company in search results. Having more options would help sellers get more granular into their prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves many problems. To list a few:
1. Targeted prospecting and lead generation: Helps us identify the right prospects and leads by providing us data that sales reps can build targeted lists for outreach campaigns
2. Data quality and enrichmen: Helps us identify contact methods (phone, email, social media, etc.) for outreach efforts.
3. Intent data and web insights: Helps us understand what companies are interested in and what websites they are visitings so we can personalize our campaigns.
