Solid but could be better

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoominfo will find direct phone numbers occasionally. They also seem to have a pretty high rate of being able to identify email addresses as well, solid database of info. I use the Chrome extension all the time, very helpful. I only occasionally use Zoominfo's actual site to mine leads, since we do most of our lead mining directly from Sales Navigator, but we gather a lot of our info from Zoominfo before exporting the lead from LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email addresses can be very hit and miss with their accuracy. Plus I wish there were solutions out there that provided a company name in a normal format (e.g. not having INC, LLC, etc. in the company name). I'd love to be able to pull a list of leads from Zoominfo and plug them right into an email campaign and pull in their name, title, and company name without any formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows us to more quickly mine new leads and prospect more efficiently. Getting direct numbers has been the single biggest thing. We have our own way of figuring out a prospect's email, so that part isn't as big to us as getting the number is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good platform, best one I've used in this space thus far (only used Data.com and Datanyze).

What do you like best about the product?
If you are someone that is sourcing accounts and grinding on a daily basis then this tool is highly recommended. I have found countless contacts with direct dials and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be out of date, but that mainly happens with individuals who recently changes companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sourcing daily and need a resource to help me track down emails and phone numbers.

ZoomInfor provides great information and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow to refresh information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo primarily for new client contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can search any company and find a contact's email and phone number. It has worked wonders for me as a Business Development Manager and adding a company with their employees into my work database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to click on each name to get the phone number and email address for a contact. Also when you hit the back button after clicking on a contact it takes you back to the first page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps me find leads and information on businesses. As a business development manager Zoominfo has helped me get all the information I need for my database. The benefits to Zoominfo is getting exact email addresses and phone numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend Zoominfo to anyone who is searching for leads and information on businesses! (mostly sales people)

Great for finding emails

What do you like best about the product?
The email set ups are always accurate, so even if the person is not in zoominfo and you find them in LinkedIn you can figure out how to email them based off the other emails in ZoomInfo
What do you dislike about the product?
The numbers are not always accurate or if someone works still there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to prospect has improved when it comes to reaching out to people who are not in our CRM
