Great tool for outbound sales efforts
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you the ability to search for certain triggers that are relevant to what you're selling so you can use those as outbound taglines.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they don't have any contacts for the department set you bought you get no information about that company besides the address and main line number. Would be helpful if they let you access technologies, triggers, and email cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting access to more details about the company and any contacts, you are able to personalize your messages more and find low-hanging fruit to go after.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely get a trial to validate the contacts for your buyer but definitely worth giving a shot to see if the information helps your outbound efforts

What do you like best about the product?
OppAlerts, Triggers, and the amount of filters allow to you contact the RIGHT company at the RIGHT time.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what my boss tells me it's quite expensive. This can be a hurdle for smaller companies and sales teams to justify the expense. Just utilize it correctly and close enough deals to make it make sense!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timing is everything in my sales cycle. Instead of blindly reaching out to a company based on size and industry, I can find potential customers that are using the exact products I'm looking for, and identify when they feel a pain point I can act upon.

I like that you are able to search just about any company and have all the information you need/want about it appear. Allows you to find certain people within the organization aswell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information in blocked and unable to appear.

Of course! This is awesome to source and allow others to see the potentials it may have for the company.
Better than Most
What do you like best about the product?
If the company is present on ZoomInfo, I can usually get a hold of all the necessary information via the company profile: size, revenue, address, phone, a brief description, and a link to the correct website. It's very convenient to have all of that in one place. ZoomInfo has now added an nice option to search for employees just by name, and also seems to have improved the intuitiveness of their search funtion
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty common to find that the company I need is not present on ZoomInfo, especially if they are not American or not somewhat well-known in the first place. It's even more common that the specific person I need is not present, even if there company is. Sometimes the information is also outdated by several years and incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Research efficiency - It's not perfect by any means at all, however it is much smarter than scouring just Google, or finding the person on LinkedIn but not having access to their phone or email.
Super Accurate Contact Data
What do you like best about the product?
The direct dial phone numbers are the most accurate on the market that I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for specific people can be a tad cumbersome

Accurate contact data helps me get in contact with people I otherwise wouldn't have been able to
DiscoverOrg automated 90% of my list building!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features for DiscoverOrg are: updated contact information, real time trigger events, and great customer success team that is there for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg can improve the functionality of its Google Chrome extension and their Outreach integration better

Identifying data points in our target companies that can accelerate the top of the funnel for us.

There is nothing to like about indiscriminate spamming.
What do you dislike about the product?
They install a bit if software into outlook that skims signature blocks and distributes contact details all over the internet. I would never do business with someone who markets through a service like this!

ZoomInfo review
What do you like best about the product?
I love having direct dials to just about anybody I can think of. The information is generally pretty good and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I disliked before seem to be mostly resolved in their new 2.0 UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct dials are very helpful, this minimizes the time it takes for me to make contact with the right person.

Incredibly Helpful for Lead Verification
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info makes it incredibly easy to find phone numbers, titles, and email addresses for anyone I'm trying to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I really dislike about Zoom Info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my industry there is a high turnover rate so being ably to verify the name and title as well as contact information for the person I am trying to reach is very important. Zoom Info makes the process much more efficient and I don't waste time being transferred all around until I reach the appropriate person.
Good system that has limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Direct numbers and correct email addresses in an easily searchable database.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot update the numbers and emails yourself, even if you've come across data that is more accurate. Sometimes the info is incorrect or the role information is out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, everybody we called had to be reached via a switchboard, which had its limitations. We have been able to call and email more prospects as a result of ZoomInfo.

Be aware of its limitations and be sure to do a trial before buying it.
