Big leap forward in 2106
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to import contact information directly from LinkedIn using the ReachOut tool is a game changer for us. The addition of being able to import data as a contact and not only as a lead was a welcome change that transformed the benefit we receive from the tool. We have conducted a few mass contact updates and their team was wonderful to work with on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the website is still a little clunky. We mostly use the integrated ZoomInfo window within the Account and Contact pages within SalesForce, but when you need to do an advanced search the website is better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information to populate and refresh accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't found a better product in this category yet for our needs.

90% minimum accuracy rate. Contact information is valid and trustworthy. Automatically syncs with other tools like SalesForces and Outreach,

Website could use a modernization update/simplified UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with potential leads with contact information that I would otherwise spend hours researching and validating.

Build customized alerts and oppalerts to tailor your requested information to your specific need/industry.
Good tool for finding information for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great tool for finding information on prospects and companies such as emails, direct phone numbers, annual revenue, etc. It is not always correct but I highly doubt there is a tool out there that is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes has a lot of old information so you almost always have to verify through LinkedIn that the person is still with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts down on the amount of time we were spending on finding information for prospects we are trying to reach out to.
Great platform I would recommend this to anyone and feel comfortable doing so

I would say out of those things what I find extremely helpful is the accuracy of the direct dials, email address, persona ...
It bi-directional sync capabilities to CRM for one off uploads as well as bulk uploads.

I can't really call this changing what the platform is currently but I would add smaller companies private and otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales force is able to be more productive as a vast amount of time is saved using this tool as a main resource for sourcing as well as researching.

Allows you to grow your sales by getting qualified prospects

Sometimes the prospects generated are not qualified, but it is impossible to turn all prospects into leads

I have been able to expand my client base by getting basic information of accounts I am pursuing

I have seen a significant number of times their system would not work due to their server crashing.

It's very reliable information. I like the set up as well.

Based on the service we have with discover.org o dislike that some companies we do not have acc4to.

Trying to find decision makers. This Makes it easier for us to target the right people.

I like how transparent it is but still getting to grips with it too.

it can get confusing, and can leave you going round in circles without the correct support.

The thing that I like most about this product is the filtering ability when searching for individuals within given companies.

The thing that I dislike most is that a lot of the data is outdated and a lot of the contact info is inaccurate.

Prospecting for leads. Helps to find the right people within the right companies.
