    Computer Software

Great for sourcing products!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo usually has accurate info regarding people and their places of employment. You can also find their work contact info within Zoom. It's often that the contact info is not accurate, but if you search others at the company, you can often find the correct email address format or general company phone number
What do you dislike about the product?
It's often that email address info and contact phone numbers are incorrect to the corresponding employee you're trying to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an Outbound Sales Rep, so all of my lead generation is cold-calling and self-sourcing. ZoomInfo is allowing me to identify the correct points of contact , while obtaining their contact info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is a great place to start to identify the correct points of contact or their contact information. You will (sometimes) have to utilize LinkedIn or the company website to obtain correct contact info for the people you're trying to reach.

Required service if you have an inside lead gen or sales team

What do you like best about the product?
I have used with DiscoverOrg with my last two companies and found it to be an incredibly valuable resource. Best qualities are accuracy and account managers who help correct or expand contact coverage in target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg is expensive - but still a good value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you use an inside sales or lead generation team, DiscoverOrg is a must. Marketing feeds leads to the inside team and often the lead is only an influencer and fairly junior. The inside team will go into DiscoverOrg and use it build out the account decision buying team, who they need to contact to expand a deal and the email and phone of those folks. The inside team then sets meetings above and beyond the original lead for the account executive who will work the deal. Process works great and DiscoverOrg is a huge part of the success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out all the different products but focus on accuracy and ease of integration into your lead generation process.

Best contact data tool

What do you like best about the product?
Quality of data seems to be pretty accurate and up to date. The Reachout plugin makes prospecting super easy as your are researching on Linkedin
What do you dislike about the product?
clunky interface, search filters could be improved

Data Quality Assurance software. Ability to find accurate contact data for prospects has greatly improved

If data integrity is your goal, I believe zoominfo is the best I've used on the market. I suggest using it as a primary tool and using a back up as I haven't been able to retri

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is without doubt, the best in the market place. They provide great customer service, great support and if something isn't right, they fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is definitely the most expensive out there, but the quality of the data and service is so good, that it only takes a couple of deals to pay for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can attribute a significant amount of revenue to this product.

What do you like best about the product?
The database has unique contacts for very specific titles. List pulling is very easy and accurate. My Account Manager, Kelsey MacPherson, is awesome! She follows up and provides excellent service.

I was one of the early adopters of Discoverorg...now Zoominfo. Henry Schuck, CEO, continues to grow and innovate the platform. I have tried many others and Zoominfo is by far more accurate with really great contact data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found one reason to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily work with global companies with $1 bil + in revenue. Unlike most databases that are heavy in IT contacts, Zoominfo has tons of other C level contacts that has helped me make several new sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great database...very accurate data unlike others. Great people that work internally within ZoomInfo.

The Sales Tool We Can't Live Without!

What do you like best about the product?
During my initial research with ZoomInfo I can honestly say my thoughts were, "this is too good to be true." I've looked at countless sales and marketing tools that thrive off over-promising and under-delivering; I was honestly afraid the same would be true with ZoomInfo. A prospecting tool that could do it all and make it look that easy?! I knew I was putting my credibility on the line but the Zoom team assured me I was in good hands.... and 3 years later I still am. This is the sales tool my team cannot live without and the support team I couldn't live without!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest hurdle came from the administrative side as I was hoping for that extra level of visibly for my sales team. I wanted a portal so help manage how they were utilizing the tool, and how I could justify our investment. Well my wishes were granted when they actually rolled out the product this year. I can honestly say there is nothing at this time that turns me off of ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use ZoomInfo to harvest contacts and verify existing data. I've found this to be the most extensive and reliable tool on the market. We have not yet introduced the tool to the marketing team, but I cannot wait to look like a hero in 2 departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, you will not be dissapointed. Your Sales and Marketing team needs this.

DiscoverOrg has helped me reach 10x more prospects than I did on my own prior

What do you like best about the product?
The one click upload of leads to SalesForce, filtered search to find the right prospects, and their research team is outstanding and quick to respond when a new contact is requested.
What do you dislike about the product?
One room for improvement would be the LinkedIn integration or providing relevant information about the prospect within the UI. Currently DiscoverOrg requires me to click to open a new window to view their profile and move back and forth between LinkedIn and DiscoverOrg to get all the relevant information I need to make a relevant prospecting contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg has drastically increased the productivity I have to prospect, I no longer have to guess at email addresses or sell gate keepers on connecting me to contacts or giving up contact information. It's like having a team of SDRs as an extension to our sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their Research Team is outstanding. I currently use the TEDD data set which is a new data set to them and thus does not contain as many contacts as their IT data set, which I've also used at a past company.
However, any contact I request is responded to within 24-48 hours with their full contact information. They are extremely honest in that if they can't obtain the contact information, they give you an explanation and indicate they will keep trying.

Aside from that, the ease of use, integration with SalesForce, and accuracy of information have all made me tremendously more productive in my outreach to prospects.

Great after sale support

What do you like best about the product?
I can't quite give a 10 yet, as we've only been using DiscoverOrg for about 2 weeks. That being said, the after sale support we have received from Kyle Ziegler and Jared Ellis has been phenomenal. Both of these gentlemen have gone above and beyond. They don't just answer your question, they ask you questions to help you decide the best approach for your organization. This approach has helped ensure we will be successful in use of DiscoverOrg and are not wasting time unnecessarily.

As to the product itself, the search capability is amazing as it enables us to filter based on attributes across the company, technologies used, employees and locations. This allows us to completely fine tune to our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't uncovered any dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to increase our pipeline through direct contact and marketing channels. DiscoverOrg has enabled us to pull Summary Reports on target accounts, which contain an overview of the organization, as well detailed organization charts (complete with names/phone/email). In addition, we have built and pulled several lists for our marketing campaigns, enabling us to target the people who use the technologies we know and support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a well-appointed, accurate sales intelligence tool, you need to consider DiscoverOrg. We compared DiscoverOrg to other sales intelligence tools and felt it offered the best overall solution for our organization. We have not been disappointed by the after sale support, in fact just the opposite (as previously mentioned).

What do you like best about the product?
I like the org chart the best. I enjoy being able to see who reports to who in a logical way - and with all of their given contact information. This helps greatly with the sales process in making sure that I am reaching out to the correct people. I also like being able to receive daily or weekly triggers without having to give much effort of pulling reports - having this information fed to me allows more time for me to spend on my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since the new version of DiscoverOrg - there are sometimes issues uploading contacts into my CRM. There are many times when my trigger subscriptions do not send any emails with information. Also, there are often times when the same information is given in triggers subscription emails. I feel like there is a lot of duplicate information - which makes it harder to decide what information is most relevant to me at any given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DiscoverOrg to solve my problem of needing direct contact information for leads I am working, as well as current initiatives going on within their companies. I have realized that the contact information is usually accurate - even though some of my colleagues have mentioned that that the trigger information is not always very accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg has relevant contact and company information in many different data sets. I like the fact that you can buy the different data sets that are relevant to you. However, if you would like to subscribe to multiple data sets, it can get very pricey, especially for a large team of users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to compile lists. Getting triggers on the lists I arrange is a very helpful tool. I also like that when a correction needs doing, I can easily contact the account manager and within a short time it has been remedied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless I am missing something, I don't think I can search by domain name since the new platform was implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts and being able to upload them as leads to my CRM while disc.org checks for duplicates is priceless.
