What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows me to see the organisation structure and provides me with the contact details of the decisionmakers for easy outreach. The tool also allows me to create a list of leads from different industries and regions.
What do you dislike about the product?
More often than not the updated profiles of the prospects don't reflect in the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Zoominfo allows me to see the buyer intent of the account
2) The tool also allows me to see the decisionmakers within the organisation
3) The tool allows me to carry out easy outreach by providing me with all the contact details

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has saved tons of time in finding contact information on prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I haven't been able to find the person on ZoomInfo even though I can find them on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time managment.

Pretty accurate info for North America..
What do you dislike about the product?
EMEA and APAC info is 50/50 at best. Probably closer to 20/80 good/bad.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate in the plattform. In one word I would describe it as user-friendly. Moreover, I find the pop-up windows with further details such as company's website, turnover etc extremely useful because it saves time as there is no need to search seperately for these details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many things and options that can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Via zoominfo a Sales person can save time as the plattform provides all the vital info someone needs for a company such as buying committee, intent, turnover etc. In my opinion, Zoominfo combines everything that other similar plattforms do not.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily the industry leader in clean, accurate, and vital data that can compress information gathering and other pipeline generation duties to a fraction of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tiering model that breaks down already broken down features for a higher price. Buying a higher tier for Intent just to need another tier for "Daily/Streaming Intent" felt wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has always bridged the information gap, solving the issue of being able to get the right things in front of the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Business Development sales professional, finding the right tools that streamline your workflow and enhance your outreach strategies is paramount. ZoomInfo has been an absolute game changer for my team and me, especially with its Engage and Live Intent features.

The Engage feature simplifies the process of reaching out to prospects by automating and personalizing my sales communications. This not only saves valuable time but also increases the effectiveness of our campaigns. The real standout, however, is the Live Intent feature. Knowing when and how prospects interact with our content in real-time allows us to make timely and informed follow-ups that are significantly more likely to convert. This level of insight is something I haven't found in any other tool, making ZoomInfo a critical component of our sales toolkit.

I highly recommend ZoomInfo to any sales professional looking to elevate their game. It’s not just a tool; it’s an investment in smarter, more impactful sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes as of today 6/12/24.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, I love intent specially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its like having a billionaire's rolodex in your browser. Honestly the best investment we've ever made. Their onboarding team makes implementation super easy, and if you need support their client care and account managers are always around to help. We integrated with Salesforce in a couple of clicks, not a day goes by that we dont use ZI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont have to go out and knock on doors or talk to gate keepers, ever. We only call cellphone numbers. Its an investment, and not a cheap one at that, but if you use it to the best of its ability you'll be glad you did.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a vast database, providing access to countless verified and upto date contacts and companies information. The advance filters help us to provide precise targated search which help in saving time and effort in prospecting. The customer support is very active and provide instant support. The tool is highy flexible and wasy to integrate with CRM tools like Salesfore and Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the database is extensive, but it do not allow user to update details. Sotimes colloborative effors gives more precise and upto date information. The interface at the begning can be overwhelming, however, the training moduls are very helpful to get familiarzing with its features and functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales tool is helps during prospecting by providing accurate and extensive data, saving time in lead generation. Its comprehensive database ensures targeted outreach, resulting in higher quality leads and improved conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use & implimentation & number of features that can support you from whatever job or role you are in, so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, other than if Intent topics can give you a hard team but ZI is always responsive fast to resolve so not really an issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having accurate contact information is for sure number one and benefits me so that on a day to day basis I know who I pull to reach out to will be right!
