ZoomInfo not only for Sales and Biz Dev
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use contact finding. Intent, along with setting up buying committees has also been a game changer. Lastly, SalesForce Integrations are key at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I see is people not seeing the value in it and thinking its just a contact finder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biz Dev and Targeting contacts within a given area or sales territory.
Very accurate results!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that nearly every time I am searching for someone specific or a company's pertinent contacts, there are results and the emails and phone numbers are accurate. I also like the ability to filter locations which is imporant as I only cover two states, as well as other items like position, whether they have a mobile number listed and more. Plus the ability to save searches and set reminders that there are additions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any things I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the exact people I have success with in my territory with great accuracy.
Bad support. Bad data. Bad faith negotiator.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo claims to have a robust data set but upon actual usage we found it had very little data even for large companies in our vertical (vision + eyecare).
What do you dislike about the product?
Our customer support person went dark on us for a year. We can't find the data we need that they claimed was available on the demo. And when we asked if we could downgrade or cancel our subscription as we faced financial troubles, they were unwilling to work with us 1 iota. Will avoid for the rest of my career and recommend others do so as well.

Zoominfo is supposed to help us find contact info on leads but lacks any helpful or relevant data for our vertical.

The ability to obtain accurate contact information for company leaders who are a good fit for our services

could be better at tailoring to small business only - often triggers and scoops pertain to companies larger than the 49 and below I work even with the employee count feature

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is useful to find out the details about personas, buyers process, signals and company informations.

they should increase the limit of export, and should give an option of paying for more export data

it helps the sales team to connect with decision makers, buyers, influences, it provides the cell number which is cruicial because now a days people are working remotely.
ZoomInfo Client Data review
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Zoominfo from past 1 year for getting Executive and Brand details and according to me it's doing quite well. You can get all C Level, Directors, President/Vice executive details with there email id and Phone number. For brands you can get all the acquisition and subsidiary list. You can import all data into CSV format which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes many details are missing while doing recon for any client like for brands there recent acquisition are not listed in Zoominfo. Also for Executives many times email ID/Corporate phone numbers are missing which I guess you can get from Othere sources like google search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping me to easily get information about client Brands and Executive details in CSV format which I can import easily in Google sheet using App script. Verification process has been reduced as compared to manual process but still can trust 100% on zoominfo result as sometimes its wronf also. Overall zoominfo is a good choice but again not always my first choice.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, reliable data, most of the email addresses are correct. Great customer service and training through ZoomInfo University
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs improvement on the data for Latin America. More expensive than other platforms.

Build databases fast and easy
ZoomInfo is hands down the best value driver in our tech stack.

Lots of mobile numbers and email addresses!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additional features (like org structure) fail to live up to their potential. I also wish that there was a way to request updates to contacts you know have changed positions/companies/contact info. To my knowledge, you can only suggest an update if you already have that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is our sole source of data for our lead gen team (SDRs making outbound calls) and it has consistently fed leads into our pipeline for over 4 years now.
Opportunities for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I get results, which means I can build a call list with contact names and their mobile number. I call the prospect and set up an appointment if they are a good fit. Having a name and mobile number helps me work efficiently. I have four clients I serve, and with each one, I am delivering great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. ZoomInfo is not effective in a niche market search. For instance, when I searched for plastic injection molding companies, I could not find those companies with ZoomInfo. The company description search term only searches the copy provided by the company. If ZoomInfo could search the website copy, it would likely find the term. I suggest developing an AI tool that searches the company website.
ZI technical support asked ZI data services to create a custom list and did it at no charge. Thank you! However, 95% of the company names did not match the search. I lost many hours using this list and would have been better off using Google Maps.
To solve ZoomInfo's deficiency, I used Google Maps and typed in "plastic injection molding," searching geographically to build a company list. Then, I used ZoomInfo to get contact names. I have experimented with free niche industry lists such as Thomas.net. I experienced that Scott's Directory is superior to ZI for searches by niche markets.
2. Intent—I find the interface between Intent and Advanced Search inefficient because I cannot save an Advanced Search if I start with Intent data.

Best Lead Generation and Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo helped in expanding our reach in multiple different geographies. We can totally rely on accuracy of contact details and email. I love the fact Zoominfo has all the filters available that we need to bifurcate buying personas and target audience. It seamless integrates with Salesforce where we can manage sales pipeline and build funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Zoominfo, however there were instances where we were failed to find contact information of prospects.

We had lot data accuracy issues with the other tool we had, most of the time contact details were not available. With Zoominfo we were able to move on and got access to quality and quantity of data.
