What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite parts of ZoomInfo SalesOS is the contact database, which makes finding DM's much easier. The Intent tool is another feature I use a lot. It helps identify companies actively researching certain topics, making outreach more strategic.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue with Zoominfo, is that there is a learning curve. While it's packed with useful tools, the amount of data and options might feel overwhelming at first, especially for those who are new to this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is great at finding new leads in the industry I'm searching for.

What do you like best about the product?
As an outsourced SDR/Lead Generation business, having great data is fundamental to us delivering successful campaigns for our clients. ZoomInfo gives us direct access to the stakeholders that are able to influence the procurement of our clients services saving us valuable time and stopping us getting blocked by gatekeepers. It also integrates seamlessly wth our CRM saving wasted time on admistration.

I don't "dislike" anything but obviously it would be great to have more mobile/direct phone numbers.

Most clients we work on behalf don't have "good data" and "good data" is the foundation of a successful lead generation campaign.
Part of our role for our clients is to build and cleanse a comprehensive database of prospects that meet their "buyer persona". Through SalesOS we are able to identify these prospects, import them into our CRM and often have the correct contact details to reach out to them directly.
We used to spend a lot of time on administration, adding prospects to our CRM. With SalesOS and the web browser plug in we are able to rapidly import prospects details into our CRM, saving a huge amount of wasted time.

ZoomInfo ha become an indespensable tool for my sales process to find leads, company information, job titles, and tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be more user friendly if there was an option to show your company lists, tags on the main dashboard and access them easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me identify accurate leads in the companies I am prospecting into. It also helps me keep track of latest news with the company in the Scoops section.

It's effective and quite user friendly. It can be customized as per needs and control rights, also it helps predicting the ROI and quite good in scheduling email and automated text campaigns, along with that it's way ahead of time as it's text summarization and generation is beyond the thoughts. That's quite on the point.

So good, so far... No dislikes till date.

I run a very small business, so the platform is a little more than I need at times. There were times i started to feel overwhelmed from a tech standpoint.

It primarily helps me identify the right people within a company to contact. I skip the front desk and get right to the people who buy my product. it also helps me find companies i would not know about otherwise.

An aspect I appreciate about this platform is its capability to swiftly identify businesses within my target market. Additionally, its ability to further refine my search by pinpointing key decision-makers within those companies is invaluable. Moreover, its seamless integration with Salesforce enhances its utility and makes the workflow more efficient. I also like that I can filter by folks that are more responsive.
