What do you like best about the product?
As a seasoned sales professional in a fast-paced industry, I've always been on the lookout for tools that can streamline my workflow and enhance productivity without sacrificing quality. ZoomInfo for sales has not only met but exceeded my expectations on every front, earning its place as an indispensable asset in my professional toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to ZoomInfo Sales is the amount of other users grabbing access to it and the accuracy of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see so much information, in a glance. I'm able to find out contact information on employees and most importantly which companies are raising their hands to buy what you sell.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easier to find out who you need to talk to at a company. You can also find other companies that are similar to your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides is that it is based on credits an so you can blow through those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps us solve being able to find new customers.

An Unstoppable Sales Team with ZoomInfo Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can filter and narrow down from hundreds of thousands of contacts to dozens. I need specific cell phone numbers of decision-makers in the manufacturing industry. I can find these for my sales team members and my marketing purposes with a few strokes of the keyboard. With the provided tutorials and support, the platform is easy to use. When you combine the power of ZoomInfo sales with LinkedIn and Google, you become an unstoppable sales force. Also, I have never waited more than a few minutes for customer support with Zoominfo, even on a weekend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the app was a little more user-friendly. I think it is becoming more useful with updates but I try to use it frequently and will switch back to the site most times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding accurate decision-maker contacts quickly. Formulating lists of leads and contacts to give to sales members for cold calling and email campaigns. These are the lifeblood of our corporation. Without ZoomInfo our sales profits and brand recognition would suffer greatly.

Still a sales person's dream tool - perfect for finding prospects information easily

I struggle with the ability to properly link records back to Salesforce but could be an issue on CRM side

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the market leader for phone numbers and contact emails. It's easy to use and can be connected to your CRM. I use Zoominfo everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides I can think of. Sometimes export rules aren't in line with what I would prefer, but that is an admin task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get specific contact data. The websights feature is nice and I use that as an intent signal in my outbound process.

Very strong software platform that's powerful and easy to use, robust data, super fast support, and easy access to data "concierges" where I can suggest clean ups to data that then happen in 48 hours or less

Data isn't always the best or complete, technographics could be more robust

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to gather accurate information, to improve our outbound motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be slower to update, but besides that its been a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and gathering accurate information on individals for us to reach out and get in contact with them. Benefits us in being able to now accurately reach out to potential customers.
