What do you like best about the product?
Scoops!! The first thing I do every morning is check scoops and latest news on my main feed, I have reached out to many potential clients because of this function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything that I quite dislike, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing that ZoomInfo SalesOS addresses is the access to decision makers contact details, instead of going down a rabbit hole, I am now able to contact the decision makers directly and avoid speaking to the incorrect professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo SaleOS Ensure data accuracy and legality its a valuable source for reliable contact information in our organisation. The new G2 addon feature is on point. Has helped us to generate 2M US Dollar
What do you dislike about the product?
Using this platform for more then 2 years I have not faced any serious issue untill now

Best lead generation tool for effective online marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the contact information and ease of use. Customer onboarding and support is best in class.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited integration capabilities with CRM tools such as Pipedrive. ZoomInfo is great for mainstream tools integration (ZoomInfo, Hubspot, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the right ICPs for our business

What do you like best about the product?
Access to full contact information that includes mobile numbers since many are working from home these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the contact information is not valid. Would like further information on contacts that work in different countries. Information on these individuals are sometimes insufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in reaching individuals since LinkedIn does not always offer access to contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a lot of features and integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo doesn't make it easy for the end user (SDR in our team) to scale their activity. They can't import to sevel CRM at the same time and it is not easy to add the prospect directly into a sequence.
ZoomInfo over-promiss and under deliver on EMEA/APAC data and has been very disappointing so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Org charts help to identify the correct KDM/POCs. The advanced search filters can refine any broad industies. Liklihood to engage feature is also fantastic when choosing the contact medium. Easily integrated to Bullhorn. Very good customer support. I use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some old data, but the contact ranking system helps to tune those out. Also I would say limitations in contact view credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct KDM /POCs to contact. Also various contact details.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves the data SalesOS can provide. We've tried other providers in the past and none compared to ZI. Love the integration with our Salesforce.com org.

Their onboarding team has been amazing and provided us with multiple training sessions for our reps. Each session was recorded so reps can go back and review the session. They also have several trainings you can take online.
We also purchased Chorus which we are in process of implementing now. Can’t wait to see how it preforms. Our sales team is eager to start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, so far we have not had any issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were lacking data on accounts we currently have in our CRM as well as new accounts. With ZoomInfo connected to our CRM importing data, companies and contacts has been effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
Bewing able to download contact lists with ICP has been easy. The best part about the relationship with ZI is support from my account manager Sean and the Customer Success team- espeically since our account is not very large- they are quick to respond and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will run into bad data from time to time- folks no longer at that organization or mobile numbers being to a wrong person not assoicated with the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying ICP in my segment and being able to be more intentional with prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales OS helps you find and filter the right person to reach out on an organisation. Zoominfo have good resources on how to use these tools effectively and can help you to make efficient sales process. They have great support team too, they usually resolve most of the queries very faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have complicated pricing plans, can be tricky to understand and evaluate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps to find the sales prospects and evaluate them. Sales OS do a lot of grunt work for you and saves time energy by providing better data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the different ways you can cut the data to find your ICP.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit daunting, and salespeople on my team who are not as dialed in have a hard time navigating the system. However, I find it pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to identify the right client using both websense and intent data.
