A useful tool for getting direct contact numbers and has easy maintenance

What is our primary use case?

We connect to ZoomInfo, and sometimes, we work on Indian accounts. ZoomInfo has been a very useful tool when we need direct contact numbers.

How has it helped my organization?

We use ZoomInfo for additional research, including primary, secondary, and other types of research. Sometimes, we search for data on ZIP codes, postal codes, or any location.

What is most valuable?

Sometimes, when working on Indian accounts, we need direct contact numbers. In such cases, ZoomInfo is useful for our data research.

What needs improvement?

We face difficulty while collecting data from small companies.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using ZoomInfo for a year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The product is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is scalable, but smaller companies may face issues. 33 people are using it across multiple locations.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We use SingTel too.

How was the initial setup?

The deployment is straightforward.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We are using the free version of the solution.

What other advice do I have?

We are working on sales support and collecting data on various aspects of our work. We provide valuable data for our sales team, helping them manage and share information effectively.

Maintenance is easy, but we cannot find small company data sometimes.

We use ZoomInfo only for Indian accounts to get direct contact numbers quickly.

ZoomInfo provides accurate and current details. We don't rely on other tools, such as Apollo, because we believe they do not offer up-to-date information. Therefore, we use ZoomInfo for our testing processes. Our company also trusts ZoomInfo.

We are working on Indian accounts. Additionally, I have assigned the team to work on accounts in other countries, such as those in the EMEA region and European countries , but it's beneficial for Indian accounts.

We recommended the solution to other users for the direct email of the contact person.

Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows our department to advance search through a huge database of verified contacts and companies, features such as signal, intent are super helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far, we as an organization are happy with our license

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales allows for sourcing contact data while easily integrating with CRM and prospecting tools to ease sales workflow and increase connect rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is one of the highest in the industry which makes it a difficult expense to justify with competitors offering similar products at a fraction of the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk importing customer data, updated contact info, and seamless integration with other tech stack tools.

What do you like best about the product?
they have broden their outreach, now you can easily find database from UAE, Saudi Arabia and most parts of Africa
What do you dislike about the product?
with correction in the revenue, the email address and cell phone numbers are also corrected

contacts and leads are easily available on the portal

Humongous database, they are well versed with the data, the AI enabded portal have helped us integrate and get intent to the CRM

too much to ask from Zoominfo, keep updating the database, I know how challenging it is.

ZOominfo is solving the concern of not able to collect the database, the directory of registered company

I love how user friendly it is. I love how easy it is to navigate through it.

Sometimes it does have wrong phone numbers or names for companies

Like a Swiss Army Knife!

What do you like best about the product?
Having so much information about the company as far as how large they are and the amount of employees work there and their positions. I also like being able to see who their competitoirs are that i can prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is innacurate and not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding a prospects direct line that I would not have othewise

What do you like best about the product?
We are sending the new intent signal contacts directly to our CRM. The ease of use and implementation have been fantastic. It was easy to integrate into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say. Everything has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying consumers before they purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I am in Healthcare sales. The personas I reach out to are difficult, at best, to find contact information for via search engines and the company websites. ZoomInfo has allowed me to find contacts and has helped increase my productivity with prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is just a fact of life. People switch jobs and sometimes the data in ZoomInfo isn't 100% accurate. This is expected and most of the time, I can find a good contact, phone number or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use ZoomInfo to populate contact information into our CRM tool for my prospecting efforts
