What do you like best about the product?
I would say the AI Copilot is a great addition to the whole solution offering. Really helps to enhance the usage and be more production.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they are going ahead in the right direction, pricing is something which some times become a barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I understand their intent data is quite accurate and recent.

ZoomInfo Sales OS finds the right contact information.
What do you like best about the product?
Drills down on the right titles, buyers with influence and decision-makers likely to take an intro meeting or buyers that are tire kicking - to take note of my firm's solutions. Easy to use, integrates and I use it on a daily basis to download new contacts, and look-alikes for my outgoing prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find outdated contact information or a past email that no longer works, but for the most part it's helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales OS helps to identify and REACH the right prospects, and gives an organizational map as to where in the organization they fit and if they're likely profiles to engage with.

I like the ease of being able to filter to specific groups of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to narrow to specific colleges/universities, especially considering universities with the name "University of [state]" that can relate to various different campuses, with different alumni bases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, I am able to work with sellers to potential contacts across areas of interest for them. I leverage ZoomInfo to connect sellers to potential stakeholders employed by potential partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Has scraped info and can get emails and phone numbers of the key contacts more often than not. Even cell for the contacts you are looking to get int touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Would be nice if you had one button to copy all relevant info just for user friendlyness.

ZoomInfo is a very user-friendly tool. I like being able to export lists. I like the intent feature, availability of mobile numbers, and looking at the organizational charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the bulk credits work and how bulk credits get taken away for setting up workflows. All of the unused monthly credits should be able to roll into bulk credits.

Finding contact info and company information. It helps us build prospect lists.
ZoomInfo is my Daily Driver
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo everyday and I am constanly impressed with the accuracy of the information and how much data is available. The way it integrates with the other CRMs that I use makes my daily responsibilities easier and faster. Rarely am I faced with the wrong information and if so, there's usually another way to contact that individual through other means. Overall, ZoomInfo is an extremely fast, reliable, and acurate tool that I wouldn't be successful in my job without.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still find some issues when using the Chrome extension for ZoomInfo where I will randomly get signed out. This also happens when using the websites but hasn't been as much of an issue recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing contact information for contacts that I am looking to get ahold of and context about companies I am prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to upload lists of companies and immediately get a contact search back of the potentially hundreds of companies I am looking for - this is a huge time saver. I am also a big fan of the intent signal section, as it has proved a gamechanger in our prospecting efforts. The platform is easy to navigate, and mostly everything is straightforward. I use the platform fairly frequently, maybe 2-4 times a week depending on where our company is at in the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a couple of items that come to mind - I run into issues sometimes where a contact is way outdated, and they haven't worked at the tagged company for at least 6 months. I think the most glaring feature disability I can think of, however, is there is not a great way to specifically look for alumni of universities. For example, if I'm looking for University of Kansas alumni and type into the contact filter "kansas" for college/degree, other schools may pop up (Kansas State, University Missouri - Kansas City, to name a few).
Lastly, I could do without the constant calling from representatives trying to upsell me on other parts of the platform. Some transparency on the intent search would be helpful, as I have a hard time educating our sellers on the process of how these companies are getting pinged for these signals in order to get buy-in from them to use the signals as "leads".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue is finding contact info, or even the right person to reach out to within a company - Zoominfo makes it exponentially easier than browsing the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
The features "intents" and "alerts" alone are driving the utilization of ZoomInfo SalesOS and my prospecting activity. They are simple to set up and the automation via email notification allows me to respond in real-time. I target select companies and ZI monitors that companies search/research activities based on a collection of criteria that I created. I have recently started using the tagging functionality and look forward to using the workflow feature, which will increase my productivity out of ZI SalesOS. The online training and one-on-one training from customer support have been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had ZI Sales OS for about a year. Incorporating it into my weekly cadence went well. In my opinion, "we've just scratched the surface" in terms of the application reach. I have no dislikes about ZI Sales OS. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More predictable interest in my products and the business problems "we" solve. Also, the automated collection of more viable contacts, including those responsible for funding, saves time on that task, freeing up time to contact and meet new business.
