The Ups and Downs of Cloudconnexa
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the ability to spin up an instance with CloudConnexa installed in it and boom, reachable worldwide. User Management is pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Terraform integration with the API is still not ready. It would be beneficial to have such a product using IAS.
Lack of documentation is also an issue.

Amazing and easy to plug and play
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect to, great up time, and really nice saas dashboard

Not clear how to use sso, there is no standard place to upload saml metadata

Sso connection, anx connectivity to private network across the world

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to sign up and get a VPN operational. 15-20 minutes from the time you register to have it up, running, and users connected. We have about 10-users that use it daily and rarely experience issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is great, but is sometimes a little bit slow to respond. Once they get to your ticket, it gets resolvved quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have remote users that need the corporate external IP address to be able to connect to a client's network. They refuse to add more than a couple of IP's to their web front-end, so using OpenVPN to connect to an office gateway allows all users to work remotely, if required.

The best is VPN service on the cloud and it;s working like a local VPN. Great!

Connection is not stable sometimes, that's create some issues, bit not in major way

VPN on cloud - that's i was needed and haven't have a possibility to build by my side.

Easy and fast to set up without compromising on security.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need some external help (forums, online searches) to do some advance manoeuvers as their documentation doesn't cover everything.

Have a VPN easy to set up and manage users with different roles using a simple interface.

It is reliable and easy to use and set up. Since we are using it, there are no issues while working remotely on VPN.

Not much to dislike, it is a stable platform

Since the COVID users working remotely change everything, Cloud Connexa brings peace of mind while working remotely so users are able to access the office servers.

It's simplicity, responsivenes and how it makes giving access to our employees, such a breeze.

I dont have any complaints about it, So far, its been great.

It solve the "problem" of the security and access that the compny would have.
Quickly set up a managed VPN instance
What do you like best about the product?
The setup was quick and easy enough. We needed a quick solution to control source IP addresses of bunch of external users. CloudConnexa was implemented and rolled out in two days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our use case was not that clearly documented and we had to do some experimenting with different setups and settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have controlled source IP addresses for a set of users. That was easily done with CloudConnexa and deploying one exit node.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime audit logs are bit tricky to search/filter for a specific network. The User interface isn't that great.
There are certain settings in OpenVPN that needs to be done on client side to make the solution work. It would have been great if they could be managed on the Server side.

CloudConnexa provide easy to use, easy to implement, SaaS (Software as a service) based VPN solution. It helped our organisation to consolidate various multiple VPN solutions that were running on different platforms and from different vendors

I like when theres is a second level of security where you have to be opening a website and put your credential

I think the extra step experience of opening on a new browser can have a better experience.
