ARIS Process mining better than Celonis
What do you like best about the product?
Capabilities like process conformance check and spot improve. It helps in analyzing how the business actually functions, not just the happy path but also the compliant scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should come up with a learning academy and free certifications for people who wants to learn and make career in Aris process mining tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems in finding root causes for low FPYs and since its a cloud based offering it increases visibility and speed with which innovative ideas can be shared with stakeholders to achieve better FPYs in F&A domain

Interface & user-friendliness and easily accessible toolbar

data cleaning unavailable would prefer if auto data cleaning is available

ARIS allows me to get insights regarding the actual process and helps us align it with the workflows being created.

Make sure to explore process analysis, very helpful for insights
Gets the job done. Yet lacks few advanced functions

Simple interface. Zero coding. Cloud version
What do you dislike about the product?
Widgets and charts are limited. Root case analysis is not available out of the box. No correlation analysis. Can't create complex custom KPIs

Increasing process transparency. Reducing process friction
It is very easy to use, well designed.

The structure of the software. The navegation panel is very useful to use and it helps to have all organized.

Currently i did not identify something i would change.

It is a big challenge to make a process map from zero. This software has the easiest tool to make one.

Check some training material before starting to use the software, so you can see all the usage that you can give to it and optimize the tool.

Flexible, it providse a wide selections of methods to map and maintain processes and enterprise architecture.

Sometimes it's difficut to learn and find the exact method to map a process structure.

Used to map the Enterprise Architecture framework of an important italian industry customer. The major benefits realized was the spread of information.

Best tool for dealing with complex Business Process across organization
What do you like best about the product?
Aris is easy to learn and adopt the same in an organization. Ease of use adds to a better customer experience of this product. Automating workflows is so easy. Collaboration happens over the cloud and high availability of all the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting features can be improved by adding various file formats and fitting the process in the exported files for a better view. Pricing is little on the higher side. Nothing much negative about ARIS as this is one of the best software in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating Business Processes using ARIS and clearly define the AS-IS, and TO-BE Process flows to achieve process efficiencies and improvements. Great features for any business analyst to simplify process models.

Recommend ARIS for faster Business process modeling and analysis. Organizations can look forward to automating their internal business processes using ARIS.

Too long list. Just the best tool on the market

Bad system performance, low-quality production, terrible support, bad work with partners.

ARIS-A must have tool in every BA's kit
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of ARIS is its liberary and how well business processes can be linked to each other. You often end up making multilevel business processes interlinked to each other and I think no other tool does a better job then ARIS
What do you dislike about the product?
The heavy licensing cost is sometimes that becomes a challenge for some mid size organisations to acquire it, but i think with Cloud version of ARIS that challenge is also now not valid anymore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearly articulating business processes is what it offers and i think by identifying where the processes can be enhanced is what it delivers in terms of the value

Consider ARIS over Visio, you will be surprised to see how much more can you do with business processes. Its a while new world
