Sounds Easy to Connect to External Systems
What do you like best about the product?
It sounded like it would be very easy to connect to external systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frontend and fulfiller functionalities sounded like two different products.

My organization isn’t using Moveworks yet, and we still have a lot of questions about it.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Moveworks for making it easy for users to access our internal information. I really like the simplicity it offers for the end user. It integrates well with our intranet, which is a big plus.

I use Moveworks for employee self-service HR and IT. It makes it easy for users to access our internal information, offers simplicity for the end user, and integrates well with our intranet.

I really appreciate Moveworks for its automated time-bound reminders. These reminders help me not to miss any case deadlines, which is crucial when tracking cases between case managers.

Moveworks helps with case management, tracking cases between managers, and offers automated time-bound reminders to avoid missing deadlines.
Great Conversational Flow, But Overpriced
What do you like best about the product?
I like Moveworks for its conversational flow in a single pane to solve all issues, which makes for an efficient user experience without needing to move around. It's more of a do bot compared to the other tell bots in the market. I also found the initial setup to be easy.

The cost is not right compared to other similar products.

I appreciate Moveworks for its conversational flow that handles everything in a single window. It's more of a do bot, enhancing user experience by reducing the need to switch between tasks.

I like that Moveworks has everything in one place and makes it easily accessible for employees, which has resulted in employee satisfaction. Previously, employees had issues finding things, but now they report improvements.

It is highly dependent on what it is attached to. The data clean up was tough.

I really like Moveworks for its ease of use, especially the fact that I don't have to fill out any forms. It gives me the information I need about PTO and employee benefits, and I appreciate that it has access to all of my company's information about these aspects.
