Harness CCM is a must for Cloud Cost Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Harness CCM for 15 months, and we’re extremely happy with how easy it was to set up and how quickly we started seeing cost savings.
We also really like the cost transparency we get with Harness Cost Perspectives, because it makes it very easy to show our engineering teams exactly what their costs are in real time, which makes it easier for the teams to take ownership of their costs. It also made it much easier to catch and stop cost anomalies since they are reported to the responsible engineers in real time.
As soon as we set up the Granular Cloud Management feature, we immediately saw an 92% reduction in our development infrastructure costs.
Overall, it’s been a great experience working with Harness and their customer support team. They onboarded us quickly and easily and made sure we were successful in implementing our cloud cost management.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. When we have had challenges with Harness CCM, support is quick to address them.

Developer Experience, Done Right
What do you like best about the product?
An integrated suite of tools that answer CI, CD, Flags, Chaos, Security testing and other developer workflow concerns in one package.
As a business, we value our time, and Harness gives our engineers one pane of glass into these features, and provides me as the owner of the business insight into productivity, problems, delivery lead times and other considerations.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not much of a dislike - but as Harness grows, it takes a bit of time for some of the new features added to mature up to the same level as the original features, such as CI/CD - which is the backbone product. That said, even initial versions of features generally integrate with the wider pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Harness runs all of our CI/CD pipelines for the business, doing all our builds and releases for us. We also leverage some of the other features like feature flags, security testing orchestration to control and manage our platform.
Faster, Automated and innovative product
What do you like best about the product?
I like its simple and scalable feature management which enables native integration with CI/CD, providing team s a common delivery and simplified management for software development. High end visibility for entire software life cycle and deep level analytics capabilities with the helped of automated features. The best part i like is the availability of public APIs for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
feature request with the product team creates huge deadlines and followups. System integration latency is more comparing with other competitors. Advanced UI with lot of features sometimes creates confusions in customers for adapting with environment. Expecting better price deals in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhanced security rich features helps to deploy softwares even in vulnerable environments. Suitable for all kind of business models and easy admin and user works. Cost effectiveness is really appreciable. Extreme support during development lifecycle and expert understanding about the industry trends. Within the existing infra, i am able to deliver desired output.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Harness Feature flag is to deliver the project on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the things are good about Harness Feature Flags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Main problem is solving by Harness Feature Flags is to integrate the other platform or code into our existing system efficiently and quickly without any delaying.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that FF enables me to change the software's functionality, without deploying new code. The Harness feature flags module tracks the usage of flags in production, generating reports and alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to validate the flag. But creating a flag and creating an environment and SDK key is much easier and faster. I think it's still a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feature Flags lets me separate feature release from code deployment, build more effective strategies for rolling things out and testing with my users, and have more insight than ever into how changes impact my application performance.
Best software delivery platform
What do you like best about the product?
Heavy emphasis on the developer experience to ensure the setup process is fast and intuitive. Letting teams build rules and processes and automating cleanup and flag lifecycle management. Easy build of workflows. Moreover simple UI based feature releases and good integration into CI/CD.
What do you dislike about the product?
While comparing with the price of competitive products, price is bit more. Support team is not so efficient. Small delay in first time implementation. Patching of software takes more time. Need more realtime use cases for better case learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Governance and verification - Customer can ensure production pushes always meet defined organizational standards and that they can minimize negative impact of any issues in production. Cost reduction and frugality in achieveing business goals.
A tool that really knows what Continous Delivery means
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to deploy code with Harness CD with the help of Harness Delegator, and It has good GitOps support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Continous Delivery with on-prem/edge is not straightforward

Harness CD helps us in quickly deploying our code to various environments and then finally to production.
Easy onboarding experience and great support!
What do you like best about the product?
Propelo fits with how we manage our software engineering practice; we don't have to mold ourselves to it. The onboarding experience has been top-notch and much easier than I had expected. The support team has made the steps straightforward and eased communication across the organization. This has been way better than expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've not got far enough along yet to hit any snags. I'm hoping once we get past the basics, configuring the more advanced features that will give us the most bang for the buck will be as easy as the initial steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the DORA metrics as our topline performance view at each level of the organization. It's difficult to see and understand the many small forces that impact those metrics. Propelo provides that ability. We can intuitively drill down and find where we're nailing it and where we can improve. We want to improve everyday`. Propelo gives us the tools to do it.
Amazing tool to govern Engineering Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
Propelo has helped us understand and visualize the key metrics involved in our journey towards achieving engineering excellence by simplifying the process of identifying and analyzing bottlenecks and by providing metrics with deep insights and proper categorization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t necessarily call it a disadvantage but as with any toolset you must properly learn the tool to take advantage of it. With Propelo's dedicated teams always ready and willing to assist, they make the onboarding and configuration process very straight forward.

Propleo has helped our organization in several key ways

2. Propelo's implementation of DORA metrics has helped us in understanding where we are excelling and where we have room for improvement in a very direct and visual way

I haven't come across anything I don't like yet.

Scrum masters don't have to spend a lot of time creating these reports manually.
