Understanding the current state is the number 1 problem most teams/companies face. Propelo helps in addressing this problem.

I don't think there are any disadvantages of using Propelo.

Sizing the problem areas is the first advantage.
DORA metrics helped in understanding the pain points and where the bottlenecks are
CICD efficiency - Triage rules helped in addressing the problems quickly and improving the blameless culture.

Propelo is an excellent Engineering Excellence tool which is helping us gain data-driven insights.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and seamless integrations with other tools like Atlassian and a strong customer service team who is always willing to provide help when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but Propelo is a young product and it is evolving and building new modules so as I see it is a good problem to have for a fast-growing company

I found it to be a user friendly tool that produces metrics that are relabvant an dactionable

They are growing, and it is understandable. Perhaps the more application or tools taht they integrate with it will produce much reacher outcomes.

Nothing so far. I am looking forward to new enhancements.

Being a new tool , i have to spend time to learn new features.limitations on the report representations. Help is limited to this app/tool unlike other apps/tool. Example- no Google help or Video help available.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that every step of the pipeline is isolated and managed by an independent container. This allows to use or create complex plugins without a deep understanding of Drone. The plugin-like nature of Drone also allow it to support almost every language and/or system out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time the build logs lags behind the build from some seconds to several minutes. Another problem is the lack of debug support (besides the build log) when something goes wrong. Supposedly one can restart the build and drop to a console in the container when it fails but it never has worked for us in all those years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Drone at our company to build and deploy all our software directly from Git. Thanks to the plugin system, we did integrate with Docker Swarm easily by making a docker container that triggers an update on the Swarm after a successful build.
