Release Management Tool natively built on Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Are you looking for a Release Management tool that is natively built on Salesforce?
How about a rollback feature when deploying, and no need for a CLI to get started!
Would you want to relate you change requests to JIRA?
What about easily detecting conflicts in your code?
I attended the Professional Level Certification Course and achieved a professional level certification.
This tool will solve all of these problems, and is Lightning ready, as I have found this to be a game changer.

Flosum has insured that you will no longer overwrite code, and having the ability to roll-back is a game changer!

The product itself is comprehensive and includes all parameters from developers to managers

The content of the course is pretty much abstract

Data replication among sandboxes is easier now with the help of Flosum.

merging facility good and they impact analysis is reduce our code override problem

What do you like best about the product?
Just one word comes from my mouth for Flosum :- Awesome. Flosum really helped me in my career as I got promoted due to certification i did from Flosum. Also i further referred Flosum to 8 of my friends who also did certification from Flosum and they all were very happy about the same.
Some points which i like at Flosum :- 1. Easy and user friendly UI. Easy to install.
2. Flosum dashboard is very good as compared to others.
3. Test coverage can be checked all together instead of doing it one by one for different classes.
4. Full integration with Git, SVN, Jira etc.
5. Asks for various permission due to which the security is very good.
Coming to webinar, it was very informative and good. It rally helped me to gain deep knowledge for Flosum.

The experience with the Flosum team was top notch.
What do you like best about the product?
The guys explained the whole tool in a very detailed manner and answered all the questions asked. The tool is super easy to understand and the fact that all the data is kept to the org owner itself and nothing can be seen even by the Flosum team is heart winning. In a big team working on the same project, the main challenges could be managing all the code, keep a tab on project efficiency, regular backups, performance reporting, and many other things. With Flosum, everything can be managed with just some mouse clicks. Overall, Flosum is a life and time saver!

There is nothing till now which I can say is demotivating.

In a big team working on the same project, the main challenges could be managing all the code, keep a tab on project efficiency, regular backups, performance reporting, and many other things. With Flosum, everything can be managed with just some mouse clicks.

8. There is no learning curve at all if you familiar with Salesforce then you are good to go.

There is still scope to introduce new features for the tool compared to other external tools but for now there is nothing much to dislike.

This is a great tool for developers built within salesforce that helps in managing the code and makes the deployment process faster.

I recently came across Flosum and must admit was impressed by the idea and functionality.
It's an amazing tool for QA, Developers and Release Manages to work together on one development project.
On the developer side, I found it' really handy to use 'Pull request feature' (an email notification) to let team members review the code. They can view all the changes in the code and left comments for me.
You can also schedule a snapshot summary, use feature branch, approve/reject the code, merge branches, use automatic conflict resolution tool, etc
And it's fully built on Force.com. If you're a SF admin or Apex developer or your company already a SF client, I'd suggest give this tool a try. You'd find it's easy to navigate in and grasp all the concepts. Could expect a better productivity for sure.

What do you dislike about the product?
I personally think Salesforce UI may need to be freshen up. it still looks cool, but could be better. Hope they will change it one day the same way it happened with Salesforce classic. The app itself is great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flosum helps me keep the releases on track. It has impact analysis feature which has been very useful to improvise deployments. It also eliminates the need to create same deployment over and over again, making it highly efficient. As an Administrator, I can accomplish more with just few clicks.
