Super simple platform to manage our corporate expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Well, there’s so much to love about Spendbase, but if I had to pick my favourite aspect, it would be how it brings all our SaaS and cloud spend into one place, giving us full visibility into what we’re actually paying for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm forever fan, but I wish for more flexible dashboard options, and advanced analytics. That would be nice:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We expected maybe 10% savings but instead achieved approximately 20% average spend reduction across tools like Google, Atlassian & Slack. They provided the procurement platform where we can track everything like vendor negotiations, discounts, license eliminations. They’re tracking our subscription usage and identifying unused licenses. The team is super friendly and always happy to help, especially during the implementation process. Many thanks!

What do you like best about the product?
We were scaling fast, and really needed more room and budget for implementing new tactics. So, they helped us cut unnecessary expenses while still getting the tools we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes up. They're amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of cloud costs, they helped us scale our storage by providing the credits we really needed. They also made it so much easier to track everything, renegotiate better terms, and keep everything running smoothly. They have this procurement platform where we can track and see who is using what, and when is the renewal date. So we just simply don't miss a thing. Spendbase's team is always there for us, they're supporting, helped a lot with the implementation process. This is definitely the best decision we’ve made for managing software costs.Truly recommend!
Highly recommend Spendbase if you're overpaying for SaaS!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Spendbase is how easy they make it to save money on our software stack. They’ve helped us optimize everything from Slack and Google Workspace to Atlassian, and now we’re looking at adding even more tools like Google Gemini, Testrail, and Grammarly. The process is seamless, and they truly do the heavy lifting for us. The team is always super friendly and there for me. Implementation went well, and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the only thing I wish for is a broader selection of tools in the initial offering, but that’s just a small thing compared to the value they provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spendbase is solving our software spending problems by negotiating discounts and finding savings we’d never be able to discover on our own. The first savings hit within weeks, and I was honestly surprised by the scale of it. They locked in these discounts for a full year, which freed up funds that we’ve now redirected towards events and marketing activities. It’s a no-risk way to optimize our software costs, and it’s been a huge benefit to our business.

Well, it’s great that Spendbase is packed with so many solutions, but for smaller teams, the learning curve can feel a bit steep when trying to take full advantage of everything the platform offers. Just saying:)

The team is top-notch. They're always there. Literally:) What I also love about Spendbase is how it combines practicality with innovation. The platform is built to solve real problems that businesses face every day. What do you like best about the product?
They don't just promise - they provide. I'm not sure if I can share the amount, but they gave us thousands in AWS credits, and we are now working on our sales stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not always about them, but sometimes you see a discount like up to 60% off and think, ‘This is my case!’ Sometimes it’s even more, sometimes less, but one thing’s for sure: they always give you a discount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They saved us a lot on AWS. We were growing fast, and this savings really made a difference.
The spend tracking platform we all deserve
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place. They give us discounts. We can see what we use, and how much we pay for these tools, and how often we use this or that product.

Spend Tracking, SaaS Spend Management, Contract ManagemWe had an issue with the spend tracking. Now we don't. They didn’t just help us solve problems, they made sure they never happened again. And provided us with the discounts on tools. Many thanks, guys!

Really, nothing. But I'd like to have more granular filters in the discount marketplace

The integration with our tech stack is easy and fast. I have visibility of what software is assigned to users in one place. I also appreciate all the Spendbase's team members I have worked with.

Too many extra features we didn't check, while being focused on saving with subscription-based services.

No specific dislikes per say but board customisation can be slightly enhanced. For all other queries, the team is happy to help quickly. so no complaints.

We were not sure of how much usage we should estimate for in terms of AWS. With Spendbase, we can see the impact of each tool and remove the ones that we no longer need are not creating impact.
