The onboarding process was easy, thanks to the customer support manager."
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have access to the platform on my mobile. It would be great to check all the info in the app when I don't have my laptop with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was so tired of dealing with the mess of software licenses, subscriptions, and usage data. I needed a solution to organize all the information in one place as soon as possible. Spendbase helped me solve this problem quickly. Now, I don't panic when I need to find details about a vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
Super friendly customer support. They always helped me with any issue that occured

The sign-up process was challenging for new users on the team, but now everything works perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always use spreadsheets, but it's not a perfect solution for spend management. I have to update sheets manually, and it takes tons of time. Spendbase helps me get rid of this and allows me to spend my time more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
We found the unauthorized IT software and reduced our usage significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't notice any issues with the platform. However, it continues to improve each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had never used such a platform before, so we were unaware of how much money we were spending on software. It turned out to be thousands of dollars, with 15% of that amount being unnecessary.

What do you like best about the product?
Nice design, smooth platform, easy integration workflow, feedback workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more space for customization. I hope I will have this opportunity in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a centralized location for all my license and subscription information. No more manual data updates or dealing with spreadsheets. That nightmare is over.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration process with Google and Microsoft saved us a lot of time, all data was transferred correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any bags on the platform that would negatively impact the workflow. Completely satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unused licenses posed a significant issue due to the lack of centralized tracking and onboarding/offboarding processes. We have since eliminated approximately 10% of all subscriptions, resulting in substantial cost reductions.

What do you like best about the product?
I have all important data in one place, I don't need to search it through tons of files and folders in the cloud.

I don't have anything to complain about, I'm satisfied with the functionality of the Spendbase platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We employ over 200 individuals and must effectively manage all their project-related subscriptions. Updating spreadsheets manually is no longer sustainable, especially as the volume of data continues to grow each month. Therefore, we required a platform that could aggregate all the data, monitor software usage, and provide cost insights. Spendbase effectively fulfills all these needs for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly, and it integrates well with many other tools we use. Their customer support is very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Spendbase takes some time. Occasionally, the platform is slow and has minor bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spendbase helps us keep track of all our software subscriptions and expenses, making sure we don’t overspend. It identifies unused licenses, saving us a lot of resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super intuitive and integrates effortlessly with our other tools. Plus, their customer support is fantastic — always quick to help out and solve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be slow and glitchy, which is frustrating. I also wish it had more advanced integrations with other systems we use.
