Intelligence that can drive action

What do you like best about the product?
Vijay and his team of magicians have developed a platform that both elevates market intelligence related to talent but also enables the talent teams to easily access that talent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not change anything in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to be more data and insight-driven with business leaders. Draup has provided recruiting with the insights needed to drive an elevated conversation. Also, we are finding talent in different ways than traditional sourcing methods.

We are discovering the world of business talents worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the very beginning, it is not very easy to understand all the opportunities Draup can offer. The platform is not very easy to use without any help from a Draup consultant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Draup for Talent is providing us knowledge about status of talent and talent searching worldwide.

What do you like best about the product?
It directs the hiring team to the most qualified and dedicated team for tasks and projects. Selection of new employees based on talent has improved the overall performance in the organization. Acquisition of skills and connection of new teams ready to offer services with Draup for Talent is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not disliked anything from the performabce of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps recruitment team to locate qualified professionals for any advertised position. It provides data driven analytics that boosts performance and increase productivity of labor force.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and intuitive. The richness of data allows me to make talent decisions based on fact and insights rather than just intuition
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of fields to scour through, however, once you learn to navigate the same, it is very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time talent-related insights which acts as a feeder to current and future talent decisions as well as marketing communication.

Powerful Talent Intelligence Tool for Strategic Workforce Planning.

What do you like best about the product?
The Draup team is very responsive to specific talent intelligence report requests. They will follow up with you in 1-2 days and will go in-depth regarding the request. From there, they will set a specific timeline for when the project will be completed, and will set-up multiple sync-up meetings with us on a weekly or bi-monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Workforce Planning module, some titles and skillsets do not show up. For example; "Business Analyst" and SAP Hybris skillset, do not show up.

Also, some of the titles in the Talent Intelligence module were a little off. For example, when typing in "Executive Recruiter", it showed "Recruiting Coordinator" as the primary title, which included Executive Recruiter. (However, they were able to correct this in a timely matter when it was brought to their attention.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Braindesk Landscape reports frequently to help us assess the talent pools in specific locations. These reports are very detailed and in-depth with specific information. One of the BEST tools that I have ever seen for talent intelligence reports for strategic workforce planning projects. This tool is invaluable for us and we have used it for a wide variety of strategic workforce planning projects, especially when we are opening up a new office.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very robust and easy to use for our teams. The talent intelligence & ecosystem features, in particular, give us the data needed to make strategic hiring decisions. However, the partnership with the Draup team is by far the selling point. The level of support they provide, their thought leadership & the customized research they deliver has helped take our function to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Rolodex feature is not practical for day-to-day recruiting as the profiles are not real-time or updated frequently enough for use. Also, while the training resources are improving, a learning path or better onboarding support would be a nice addition and help with faster adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams have leveraged Draup to inform our location hiring strategies, diversity initiatives, competitor analyses and more. Access to the data has helped us set expectations with our hiring managers and build credibility with our stakeholders.

The insight gained from their rich data around all things talent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can state as "dislike." Even when a project has been off target, they listen and pivot quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Draup to gain market data on diversity, talent hubs, compensation, leveling, career pathing, etc. We have built our strategies using their data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't assume there is something that Draup cannot assist with from a talent perspective, because they probably can. We have yet to task them with something they haven't been able to deliver upon.
