Salesforce Developer - Finding Duplicate Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the easy customization of this app from appexchange. I installed multiple deduping app but this Dupe Check for SF is the best so far. I also like the real-time dupe checker, when a duplicate data is entered, it checks real time for duplicate and gives a real-time error to user, this app is a very silent app in SF, I mean you won't get annoyed by how it is working inside SF unlike the other deduping application, after installing in your Org, there will be multiple tabs and apps present.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Object Threshold settings, It seems that it is kinda inaccurate. I set it up multiple times but seems not kinda working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve duplicates and bad data inside our Salesforce. We mainly use the Salesforce web-to-lead and web-to-case to receive feeds from our company pages, we mostly received spams and lots of duplicates, with this tools, it's easy to detect duplicate and do merging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Duplicate Check is a very lightweight tool inside your Salesforce Org. The components contains only 1 App, 4 Tabs (Hidden) and 12 Objects. Not so many to worried about. All cents worth! :)

What do you like best about the product?
As the admin of the site the ease of use for the site was a dream. Both front end use by my team and also the back end where I created multiple customization was easy.
Being able to check for duplicate data entry with this tool made everything much easier. The ability to merge was by far the best use of this tool.
The integration with Salesforce was not obvious in that one cannot tell there is another type of software present. The ease of a simple button for the tool was just what was needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were times I could not merge more than two duplicates together. It was also difficult to track the first person to enter a lead for management.
It would be great to have more customizations available for merging accounts but overall I cannot complain. The tool does what is needed from the front end user perspective which is all that needs to happen.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead creation, both cold leads, mass data dumps and hot leads that would become opportunities. The benefit of checking for the duplicate data meant the right person getting credit for a job well done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the easiest program to use to check duplicates while in the system. There are other similar products that do not offer all the features and there are many products that only claim certain services.
