Great tool and an excellent team!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a broad spectrum of configurable options which make it very flexible and adaptable to our use cases. Duplicate management is always a nightmare in Salesforce and this is by far the best tool I've come across to identify and merge contacts based on disparate field matching. Our team were supported through the sales process by Linh Do - she was incredibly helpful and made the whole process seamless, finding us answers to all our questions and helping understand how to get the most value from the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the breadth of configuration options is fantastic, it's also intimidating and somewhat impenetrable at first glance. It took us a while to understand the various panes of the tools and how they interacted - the tab ordering is different to the order you have to use them for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have various Salesforce integrations the necessitate us allowing duplicates to be created in Salesforce, unfortunately. Previously we manually idenfied these and merged them periodically but now we can accurately uncover them and automatically merge. Identifying them alone is a huge step as often it's not obvious they're duplicates as Contacts could have up to 7 email addresses. With Plauti, we're able to compare all emails across the fields on a record, find duplicates and merge.
Great tool to identifying duplicate records
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy add-on for Salesforce which can be easily configured. It works with standard and custom objects. Standard and custom fields can be used as criteria for identifying duplicates and you can easily set a weighted score for each. When multiple criteria are set, an overall duplicate percentage score is calculated. Additionally, there are LWC that can be implemented on pages showing the potential duplicate, as well as automation features to mass update/merge duplicates in bulk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scoring of duplicate variables takes a little time to understand through trial and error, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to grasp and update if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our org had a problem with duplicate accounts and inbound leads coming through. Since Duplicate check also works at identifying potential duplicates between leads and existing accounts, we've setup some simple rules that can easily identify those through their LWC on a record page. Reps have the ability to identify and merge records if necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us keep our data accurate and obviously free of duplicates. Compared to our previous experiences, we save a lot of time not having to hunt for the correct customer record in SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really no downside. There are days where we receive numerous emails about duplicate entries and we need to decide how to handle each record. This is expected and welcome. End users are careful to better search for records before entering data to minimize their workload and avoid duplicate record notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolved a major problem we had with duplicate records. End users would not spend the time to look for existing customer records before entering a new one. Since using Duplicate Check for Saleforce, the entire funnel works efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and understand. I appreciate the ability to make changes in each merge record before saving and to merge more than two records at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. Everything is working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to external data that is uploaded to Salesforce, we encounter many duplicate contact records. Merging the records allows us to be more efficient.
Great product and great support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of the product and the ability to create and review scheduled deduplication jobs quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, you can not edit a scheduled job, if you want to change it you have to create a new one - but it is quick to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing the amount of time/effort it takes to do daily deduplication in our system, which allows us to spend more time providing more functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that it does exactly what it says it will do. it is easy to see possible duplicates and fairly easily merge them according to the criteria that you can see, side-by-side.
What do you dislike about the product?
not being familiar withthe software, it was difficult for me to set up the perimeters and values to run the checks on. it took a lot of time to figure out what thresholds to use and i needed help setting most of that up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is removing volunteers that may have been entered with an acronym instead of the full business name and helping move students from one school to another when they advance a grade.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful when actual duplicates are detected. It saves the team a ton of time and creates a first layer of defense when it comes to duplicates entering the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not super intuitive, creating jobs is not the easiest, and creating scenarios is not very straightforward. The platform is a bit confusing, with too many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it works properly, it saves the team time by surfacing duplicate records that we then merge.

What do you like best about the product?
Duplicate Check is by far one of the most intuitive and easy to use deduplication products we've used. We highly recommend it to our clients to manage duplicates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have access to more deduplication services through Plauti and/or their partners. Sometimes we need more experiece when helping our clients deal with large scale cleanup.

Data cleansing. Data Health. Preventative measures. Due to the diverse nature in which Duplicate Check can be applied, we know we have consistent dupe matching and prevention rules in place for integrations, imports and live use.

What do you like best about the product?
Versatile and useful tool for Salesforce deduplication. Works across all objects, not limited to a few records, rich array of tools and developer plugins available. DC has been a huge benefit to the business. Exclellent help and support response is very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to report with our experience with DC so far.

This helps us remove duplicate contacts and maintains ongoing data quality.
