Great features, reasonable price point, excellent results

We recently performed a mass migration from another CRM and used Duplicate Check, which was incredibly valuable and time-saving in terms of our efforts to achieve clean,
What do you dislike about the product?
While this is also a positive, the rules can be highly complex and confusing for less experienced users. That being said, it could benefit from more Boolean options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with keeping our databases clean and right sized, it is benefiting us because it helps us streamline and optimize our processes and ultimately our work by having clean data.

Plauti is easy to set up and use and the support is always there to support you in all challenges
What do you like best about the product?
The servicedesk of Plauti really goes far and beyond to make sure you are being assisted and helped with your functional requirements. I was trying to set up Plauti record validation (mobile check) in a flow so that after insertion or change of a mobile number within a record in Salesforce the number gets validation and standardized automatically. Joshua Euwijk from Plauti was able to help me really well and assisted in building a flow to accomplish my requirement. Joshua even went further and made sure that every technical issue I was facing during the configuration of this flow was being solved as soon as possible. Thank you Joshua.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately I was calling the phone number for 2 days but nobody was answering. But after emailing I receive a response within an hour!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Plauti record validation on Salesforce to standardize and validate the addresses and mobile numbers of the records that are being inserted by the end users. Next to that we are also using Plauti duplicate merge which allows our end users to merge records within duplicate check themselves.

Duplicate Check is the best product to merge records!
What do you like best about the product?
Duplicate Check is a perfect product to merge different records. It is easy and intuitive to use, and people can make various changes to the process using different actions such as Apex code or standard tool configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the DC Local is working slower or uses a lot of RAM, causing the computer to slow down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DuplicateCheck is solving our problems with duplicate records. With that tool, we are merging right now manually, and in the future, we will do it automatically. It helped a lot.

Ability to manage large amount of data at scale

The complexity of the options and configurations within the platform can be overwhelming

Data hygiene and duplication removal are the key features we use
Full featured at a reasonable price for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automatic check when importing new contacts. It gives me a table to review. I sort it by % match and review the lowest few, if all looks good I do an automatic merge. You can set it up to do simple checks, or you can configure complex match and merge tables. I like how granular you can get. When doing a large project, I like being able to do local processing offline, it's very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tiers are based on the number of records in your database. That's not uncommon, but depending on the industry a small company could have a huge database. We still found for us that it gave the best balance of performance and cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a staffing company. We can't afford to have duplicate records, which leads to costly mistakes. DC also makes doing bulk imports a breeze!

I like being able to use the duplicate check inside of flows. Keeping our database clean of duplicates is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the hang of applying the correct combination of criteria is a little challenging, primarily due to the complexity of our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it easy to search and merge existing duplicates. It also helps prevent duplicate accounts, contacts, assets, and more.
Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it can be getting set up and going while allowing very complex rules and checks. This tool's functionality makes this a must-have app for me in any Salesforce Org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you will hit APEX limits depending on how large your org is, which becomes a small annoyance when trying to prevent duplicate records from being created in screen flows for users. It would be nice if it could track the limit, and right before it reaches it would display any results it might have found instead of failing completely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevent duplicate records from being created and, as records are updated, have automated jobs to check for duplicates and merge or auto-merge when the threshold is met.
Super easy to use and setup
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of just running a job for a specific subset or just being able to click "check for duplicates" on a record

The job setup can be somewhat confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our org is 10+ years old so we have collected a lot of duplicate data. Its impossible to go through it all ourselves one by one and this is helping us accomplish that task.
Duplicate check allows for a flexible method of finding and matching duplicate to clean data
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very flexible method to detect duplicates. It allows you to also set default matching criteria. For example, you can set it to prefer one individual over others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it would work better with a way to make more complex matching rules. For example, being able to use a formula to match records or exclude them from the search would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of us having a massive historical database that has not been cleaned up and has many duplicate records. It also allows me to merge records easily on the fly, much more convenient than the stock Salesforce method.
