DC is a game-changer for getting duplicates cleared out.
What do you like best about the product?
DC's ability to allow scheduled jobs, flexible match criteria and easy merging have made clearing out duplicates much more manageable. The Set for Merge feature that the staff uses to send jobs to the admin team is much better than the system we previously used, and the ability to pre-set Merge Rules is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I also wish there were a few more 'if-then' options for the Merge Rules, as many of our custom data fields affect how we determine which fields to keep or which account is the Master record. There was also a feature to delete a job from the details page that was removed; I'm not sure why, as I used this every time I cleared out the duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting users send merge jobs to the admin team is far more efficient than our previous duplicate reporting methods. We've also gained efficiency by being able to schedule jobs that can auto-merge records based on thresholds. The jobs where we don't auto-merge are also incredibly helpful in finding duplicates that we can review and merge manually or with auto-merge.
Easy to use and Support helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and when striking difficulties the support team are helpful looking at ways to workaround issues if possible. Appreciate available in Sandbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to run a duplicate check on a filtered list, have been advised this may becoming. Cannot have more than merge rule - would like a minimum of 2 plus the fallback rule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearing out duplicate contacts, accounts and leads - have also now put in place rules to avoid future issues. Also expecting to use it as an import when merging 2 Salesforce databases together.
Difficult to set jobs up but easy to merge once identified
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to merge the identified records once they are surfaced--either manually or using the quick merge functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not at all intuitive how the weighting and the matching criteria work together to surface desired duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to identify duplicates that are being created through various API connections that must be resolved after the fact to ensure data quality and sound reporting.
The best duplicate management tool I've ever seen
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and powerful scanning configuration, quick and easy merging.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be more useful if we could drag and drop to multiple rows the fields to view while confirming contacts are in fact duplicates.

Duplicate check finds and merges duplicates thereby helping to keep our data clean.
Great features for the right price
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that their tool had what I was looking for: Mass Update, Edit and Delete options. Not only that, but they offered a wide range of possibilities and opportunities through their "Variables" menu, where you can optimize the query to do more than just a simple find and replace tool would.
Also, their customer service is speedy, accurate, helpful and reliable, which is very important for everyone nowadays.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, in my testing, I did not encounter any flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a tool that would enable me to have access to:

Easy to use and great results!
What do you like best about the product?
It's native to Salesforce, easy to set-up and use. It also has a ton of flexibility to create matching rules that make sense for your business and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor UI improvements could reduce some extra clicks.

Duplicate records, incomplete records.
Great functionalities and even better support
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement and really powerful in terms of automation. The live check and the automated actions for flows allowed to us to save hours every day.

Nothing comes to mind as we are nothing but happy with the solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying dublicates immediately on opening a record as well as on inserts / creation of new leads we can immediately sort out the non-dublicate records

What do you like best about the product?
We had a business requirement to consolidate duplicate Account, Contact, and Lead records in our Salesforce environment. Duplicate Check was very useful for identifying duplicates and merging them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on the number of records we were able to process (I think it was 200,000, and our org had over 800,000) seemed low for our pricing tier, but it was easy enough to upgrade to a higher limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy enough to use the out-of-the-box tools that Salesforce offers for managing and merging duplicate records, but they are fairly simple. Duplicate Check offered a lot more features for searching and logic.
Works some days, trauma in others
What do you like best about the product?
Quick way to merge repeats in the system without affecting the data too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used up like 90% of our storage and almost broke our salesforce once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linked apps creating duplicates in the system are easily resolved, which helps make data cleanup a lot easier.
Great and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
I love Duplicate Check Jobs and the ability to auto-merge and auto-convert when a specific threshold is reached. This really helps cut down on any potential duplicates entering our system overnight. The merge rules are also extremely helpful and how we can get granular on each individual field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main pain point with Duplicate Check is the amount of resources it uses to run the jobs. Since SFDC only allows 5 apex jobs to run at any given time, sometimes DC can take up one of those spots pretty much all day, in order to go through all the records in SFDC. Creating your own scenarios is helpful but it is also just a guessing game. I wish there was a way to easily know what the best scenario is based on our environment instead of moving the weight bars and through a dart on the wall hoping the weighting is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate Check is identifying duplicates in our system which is very powerful and spreads across our org so end users can merge, automation can merge, and background jobs can merge. We have duplicates entering our system everyday, so DC helps us auto-merge and avoid any issues with duplicates and other connecting systems.
