Can recommend RJ for smaller orgs
What do you like best about the product?
Syncing meta data and backing up the org meta data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot handle huge orgs which need field history need to be backed up.
Does not scale with free databases like mysql.

Nice and convinient tool
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to set up and running, great support team that will help with any issue or doubt you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, bugs are hard to resolve, but again support team will do their best to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data sync between our in-house database and salesforce data.

Very good product for SFDC data replication. We use it very actively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hangs sometimes and we have to restart the jobs mid way.

SFDC data replication and updates.
Excellent product makes easy to integrate with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
You can get a database copy of your Salesforce data without any programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
No too much to say, probably that you need a system administrator, it can't be run by an end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes easy to integrate both cloud and database worlds without any programming. A legacy system can read and write Salesforce data through the replicated data base.

Review carefully which data is duplicated between Salesforce and your other systems

Outstanding tool for replicating salesforce data.
What do you like best about the product?
As a general rule if you have a basic SQL background you should be able to configure and run this application with ease. There is no need to learn a new language.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy most features but the UI could be enhanced with a more responsive design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We set out with 2 goals. 1. Data replication that would then be used to create SQL based reports that were not possible with basic Salesforce.com reporting. 2. The ability to use SQL tables to push data to Salesforce.com.

For the price point and ease of use, it is tough to beat.

We used RJ to integrate between our data warehouse and Salesforce. It is quick and easy to use.

The tool is sometimes slow depending on the record.

Easy to set up and configure and get data down quickly. Compared to SSIS plugin, bringing down very large tables worked very well.

User manuals need a bit of improvement. Not much else to dislike.

Enable timely reporting on SalesForce data combined with other data from internal systems.

Support staff and there dedication towards solving the issue.
Also knowledge of support staff is excellent. They provides information even at one go and issue gets resolved.
Whenever we had call for any issue resolution they solves issues almost in one go.
Secondly tool; but obvious its best tool for saleforce data integration.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at the moment i have to mention in this section, and hope same going ahead also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using to sync Salesforce data from our in house salesforce instance, if we need to pull data for any additional object which we identified later on also easy to add and syncs data within no time.
So data availability is made as early.
