What do you like best about the product?

Their partner team and sales team are very easy to communicate with and work with on collaborative opportunities. Also, deals that I have passed on to them have been well managed and often convert. Their pricing is competitive and they can cover every integration that I have asked so far. Customer's we have worked on together have been very happy with the performance too!

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be helpful if for more integrations they had in-house members who could build the connection, as sometimes this comes as a surprise to clients to learn

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patchworks offers a service we don't provide but always need. Their ability to connect systems to our own and also ecommerce platforms makes ours more viable

What do you like best about the product?

We find Patchworks reliable and scalable, with really good uptime, and it handles high-volume peaks and troughs seamlessly. Its AI tooling is useful for extending our integrations and understanding how they’re running, so we can make them run more smoothly. We also value the professional services team for their consultancy and execution, and the responsive, collaborative support team. They are diligent and accurate and work as an extension of our own team. Patchworks moves our operational and transactional data securely, quickly, accurately, and cleanly through the business, helping us deliver on our customer promise and trade our online stores and other parts of the business as aggressively and efficiently as we need to. After around six years with Castore, I’ve found Patchworks to be a robust and supportive partner.

What do you dislike about the product?

There's nothing that I actively dislike! I’m looking forward to seeing more AI tooling, and I’d like to see it roll out more quickly. The dashboards and reporting could also be improved, especially tracking a specific piece of data through to completion and getting a holistic view of transactions across our eight Patchworks instances. I am very conscious that we're an outlier in that regard though!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Patchworks to move operational and transactional data securely, reliably, cleanly, accurately, and quickly across the business, helping us deliver on our customer promise. It lets us trade our online stores and other parts of the business more aggressively and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to set up, edit, and modify flows for new use cases. The AI agents give me a starting point for flows that I can test with active payloads and tweak to fit my exact use case, so I can do it myself and go live relatively fast. They also help with troubleshooting and updating or changing flows as new scenarios come up. Patchworks works really well for our use case, and I appreciate that helpful improvements come out every three or four months. It was also a cheaper middle ground that gave us more room to customize flows.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t have any glaring complaints, and everything works pretty well. The initial migration took longer than planned—about 8 to 10 months instead of 6—though it went smoothly, and it would be faster with the AI agents available now. Patchworks may not be the best fit for every company: very small businesses may be able to handle integrations more cheaply with AI tools, while very large companies may find an in-house setup cheaper and better. With so many alternatives, the price has to be attractive.

I use Patchworks to automate integrations between our main e-commerce and accounting systems.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how integration friendly Patchworks is. Our clients can easily connect lots of different platforms, bringing their systems together and saving time and money. It helps them work more efficiently with stock management, financials, system updates and orders, and gives them a better experience at a cost-effective price. I also find the platform easy for clients to use, and as we get more familiar with it, we can integrate it into their tech stacks easily. We work well with Patchworks through the partnership and partnership management. Their team is knowledgeable and skilled, communicates clearly, and provides helpful support. I value being able to send clients directly to them for Patchworks questions and having someone available to talk to about integrations; it makes the process easier for us and helps us deliver the integrations our clients need. Our clients were really happy with the setup and support.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing critical, but I’d like Patchworks to have more bespoke integrations available. Our clients use a variety of payment providers, ERPs, invoicing systems, order management systems, and PIMs, so having more integrations to hand would make life easier for us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Patchworks to help our customers work more efficiently and save time on stock management, financials, and keeping systems and orders updated. As an integration partner, it lets me provide them with a much better experience.

A really knowledgeable and approachable team, with an evolving product.

There isn't much I can think of, perhaps update the logo.

We have a lot of requests to 'connect' to other platforms and Patchworks helps us to provide an easy solution for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best is how easily it connects our systems. The pre-built connectors and intuitive interface drastically reduce the time and effort needed to sync our e-commerce, ERP, and CRM platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is a bit of a learning curve when first setting up complex data mapping. While the platform is incredibly powerful once configured, navigating the initial setup and understanding all the advanced transformation options requires some time and familiarity. Still less than the other platform we've used.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patchworks solves the challenge of relying entirely on heavy developer resources to manage our integrations. By providing a user-friendly, low-code interface and clear monitoring tools, it empowers our non-technical team members to oversee data flows, track errors, and manage mappings independently. The main benefit to us is a massive increase in operational agility and significantly reduced development costs, as we no longer have to wait for engineers to fix or adjust our system connections.

What do you like best about the product?

Since migrating to the new Patchworks platform, the flexibility has been the biggest benefit. It’s opened up far more development opportunities, allowing us to customise our integrations and explore improvements that weren’t possible before.

What do you dislike about the product?

The new platform’s flexibility comes with a learning curve, particularly when exploring more advanced functionality. More practical examples would help us make the most of the development opportunities available.

Patchworks connects our ePOS with BigCommerce, keeping online stock aligned with our retail operation and reducing manual updates. The new platform also gives us more flexibility to develop these workflows as our needs change.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Patchworks incredibly good and easy to use. It makes it easy for me to monitor connections and integrations, handle errors, route them appropriately, and get them fixed. I can also spin up new integrations very quickly when leadership needs them. I like that I can use AI to build at least a proof of concept for an integration, and that it’s easy and fast. The team and support are very good, too. I use Patchworks to monitor and build integrations and automate business process flows between our e-commerce platform, ERP, and order management system. The connector builder makes this easy with our out-of-the-box systems, and I use process flows for custom integrations without pre-built connectors. Setting up the connectors was very easy, and Patchworks does exactly what I wanted it to do.

What do you dislike about the product?

I can't really think of anything Patchworks doesn't do particularly well. More pre-built connectors would potentially be helpful.

Patchworks makes it easy for me to monitor my connections and integrations, route errors appropriately, and get them fixed. I can spin up new integrations quickly when leadership needs them, and use AI to build a proof of concept easily and quickly.

Set up can have challenges but that has become less with their integrated AI tools

I use Patchworks to integrate our clients’ stores with ERPs, and it’s a quick and simple solution at a good price. I like their team, the price, and the feedback we get from our clients. B2B data held in their system flows automatically into Sparklayer. Patchworks is our preferred choice for any project, and the initial setup was very easy. We recommend them regularly.
