Cannot connect

The seller's instructions for connection don't work, and if I cannot log into the instance then I can't use it. The seller should do some troubleshooting with a user and fix or clarify the instructions.

I have plenty of experience with EC2 and marketplace images, and I'm quite experienced with debugging connection issues.
