One of the Best Email Managenet Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver Analytics on Users & tagging feature is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not find anything to dislike. but sometimes pricing feels a bit high side.

Responding to querries quickly & team productivity have been enhanced

Nothing much, all the features are up to date.

For checking the team pending mail and analyzing the efficiency of each team members.
Great Product for Small teams to medium teams
What do you like best about the product?
Task assignment and analytics based on the tags assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto assignment is too costly and should be available in the same solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a team of 13 people and I am easily able to manage their tasks using a shared email inbox which helps me analyze and assign each user tasks specifically.
Amazing ticketing and mailing tool with all the advanced features

Logical analysis of team members for depth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much may be on rarer occasions; it takes time to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning mail and checking which member has having how much pending mail to resolve.
Hiver is invaluable to our team!
What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can leave notes rather than long email trails, total transparceny as we can all see everyones comments. The ability to tag emails and chnage to pending and closed is a wonderful feature which realy helps organise our inboxes

I haven't come across any downsides. I love Hiver

Being able to assign and use the pending feature is great

Hiver makes our roles so much easier and keeps our busy inbox manageable. We always know where we are up to.

Nothing at all! We have found everything about Hiver beneficial.

Hiver helps to organise our shared inbox and ensure we are assigned what is important to us, and liaise through the notes.
We love the product in our team, it helps distribute tasks very efficiently and effectively.

Being able to assign emails to different team mebers and seeing how much work everyone has to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to see the emails in my main inbox, as I do sometimes forget to check the 2nd inbox.

Sharing an inbox and assisting while staff members are out of the office for the day
Awesome product for a remote team
What do you like best about the product?
we have a remote team working across the globe and Hiver enables us to work collaboratively and efficiently to achieve our set tasks and larger goals.

have not found anything we don't like about hiver as yet

allocation and tracking of emails is done well with Hiver and this benefits us by ensuring we know where we are up to with all email requests from our stakeholders

Maybe good to get all messages into your own inbox or better notification settings.

After reviewing many options out there, Hiver was the best choice for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver integrates seamlessly with Gmail through a plug-in. The application is simple and quickly adopted. Our team loves it, and we have significantly improved our response times!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the CSAT feature to be more user definable, using custom graphics and potentially different placement in the email to generate more feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were using a group email box with multiple users. This was inefficient as no one knew who was working on what, leaving too many opportunities for dropped balls. Hiver has wholly eliminated those problems for us through transparency and the assignment of emails. Our team takes pride in clearing their assigned emails quickly because everyone can see what remains open.
