Great Collaborative Tool for Teams; Some Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Our small business uses the platform to help organize our influx of emails from clients, etc. The tool makes collaborative teamwork possible and helps streamline requests - keeping things organized and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receiving error messages about hiver experiencing problems and timing out. While this does not usually last too long, it does impact our workflow as we rely heavily on the various features. The hiver name tag notifications are easy to miss, if there was a way to visually separate general notifications from the ones specific to the user, would be a great improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves productivity and efficiency. Client requests are viewable by all team members so someone can always respond in a timely manner.
A great and efficient organizational tool for customer support
What do you like best about the product?
For a multiple-person team, it allows us to manage the support inbox on time, keep up with when and who are answering emails, keep up-to-date records about tricky inquires, and use email templates with dynamic fields. It's made my role more cost-effective and enjoyable for a sometimes stressful task. I like being able to mark emails as open, pending, and closed and labeling them rather than the traditional starring or keeping separate inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics aspect of the extension was more applicable or was tracked differently or labeled so I could better understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage support inquires with Hiver, and multiple points on our website have the support email, so we get quite a few. But we can have numerous people on customer service at once without redoing each other's work and being more cost-effective.
Great service for managing day to day emails
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to leave notes between teammates
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to find emails after marking pending or closed. I wish when selecting 'pending' that the invoices still stayed in the general box until completed

I like the option of closing an email but going back to find later if necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all emails and tough situations organized. I use it daily and it seems to never have an issue with keeping all things together and separate when needed. The way the program is set up to help provide the best stability is perfect for my use on the computer. The performance that comes with the way Hiver works is very good and well put. I would recommend this to anyone needing a program to support a large number of emails, tasks, or anything of that sort. Extremely organized and well-rounded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes logs me out. It's okay though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of organization to help with emails and assignments in a big workgroup. As I use this with my coworkers, the way it runs keeps all necessary emails and documents together so they're easy to find. We create folders or groups where tasks can be automatically sent to get organized so they are easy to find or lookup. When you're done with a task, the way to close out and remove the task is simple and easy to use as well. I recommend this.

If you would like to stay organized with many tasks or emails or assignments, Hiver will provide the necessary program to help.
Best Gmail extension
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and easy transition between messages and reading threads is my favorite aspect. Hiver makes it easy to follow along with long threads and find attachments easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Hiver is great and is always working exceptionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many unmissed emails and the ability to prioritize and set reminders. Benefits are unending but I always get my notifications and can create folders easily.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Hiver is the ease of organizing my emails and tasks, as well as allowing me to communicate with my team efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced a couple of minor problems on the system, but the support team was able to solve it amazingly quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning a large number of emails among the members of our teams, this helps us to respond to the enquires of or customers in a timely manner.
Helpfull and easy tool
What do you like best about the product?
Native implementation in Google Ads. No separate logins

It requires Gmail to use setting 'conversation view'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aliging the email flow to those responsible in shared mailboxes
Hiver has vastly improved our response times and accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamlessly Hiver integrates with our existing email managed by Gmail. I also love how the email trail is stored with our shared inboxes. I can easily find a particular customer's history if the coworker who originally responded to it is not available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a long while, Hiver won't load correctly, and I will need to close and reopen my browser. This happens infrequently and has not been an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver's shared inboxes also allow us to collectively respond to queries and issues promptly without causing double-ups in our work. We no longer receive multiple copies of each other's emails, as instead of cc'ing each other, we can all see each message's history.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would wholeheartedly recommend Hiver if you are looking at a Gmail-integrated solution for managing shared inboxes.
Great Solution for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a certain other ticketing system - the pricing is unbeatable and it is like a more natural use - no need for ticket numbers - everything is nicely threaded in e-mail conversations. Team like it more, as almost everyone knows how to use gmail and it saves us time onboarding new people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - maybe we haven't discovered it yet, but it would be nice to apply some filters to incoming messages and assign them to user or mark as solved if the filter condition is met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Price and complexity. Hiver has reduced both for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try - it is sure to replace sometimes clunky and expensive email management systems.
