What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS is well-regarded for its user-friendly interface, robust reporting and analytics features, and its ability to easily integrate with other systems. It also offers a range of customization options to suit different organizational needs. Absorb customer service is very responsive and provides top tier customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absorb LMS is alway considering feedback from their customers. It's great that they have an area to provide some feedback and they actually look into it and provide updates from their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we do not have any issues at this time for Absorb LMS to sovle.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuituve which makes the experience easy for various types of users. (example tech savvy and 100% not tech savvy). When sharing my concerns about our database and potential integration, the Absorb team jumped on a call and provided a demo which answered my questions on how the integration works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I "dislike" though it would be nice to have monthly reports listed on the dashboard to easily compare. We can create our own dashboards - just find it challenging to find time.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability is non-negotiable when it comes to educational technology and Absorb excels in this regard. Users can depend on the platform for uninterrupted access to course content and resources. It allows us to focus on training objectives without worrying about technical glitches.

Absorb excels at providing customer support to address any concerns or inquiries. Whether through email, live chat, phone calls or even dedicated channels, users can rely on timely assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absorb's Learner Portal could use more intuitive features to help users navigate it's menus. The recent update has created challenges with users progressing through content with multiple modules. The previous design was more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Employee Onboarding, compliance trainings and ongoing development of our employees. It does this by allowing us to store and organize our learning content in one central location. We can then register learners for this content and allow them to access anywhere with internet connection. The LMS allows us to access and measure our employees knowledge.

Exemplary Customer Service and Robust LMS functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS provides centralized workflows which support multiple training styles and is uniquely qualified due to the co-organizer functionality for VILT. The learning path design and delivery, the answer-based actions functionality for surveys and manager experience are just a few of the available features. User heirarchy and a variety of enrollment rule options make user placement in courses fast and easy. Along with integrations offered by Absorb such as Saleforce and WorkDay, we were also able to create custom designed reporting and a distinct custom integration tool for content loading. While some of the features mentioned could potentially be leveraged with another learning management system, I cant imagine receiving the same customer support that we receive from our Client Success Manager and the frequency of meetings to make sure we have a good supportive relationship with Absorb.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features that could use improvement include customizable fields for user and content creation, the ability to sort items on the transcript page without have to load the page multiple times to show all items, the ability to bulk enroll through a spreadsheet when user hierarchy and department heirarchy can not be used for large groups of enrollments and the inactivation of departments/organizations and the users within them without lossing reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS helped to solve the co-organizer functionality for VILT. In the future, we will need to solve issues that arise from moving away from Direct Database Access to Analyze Direct Access which will cause us to have to re-write all of our reporting. We had hoped to remain on Direct Database but hopefully Absorb will support the additional data needs we have as well as work on continuing to upgrade other features within the LMS to make it even more user and admin friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, use, configure to our needs. Great customer support. Meets our needs in a LMS
What do you dislike about the product?
The way reports are set up. Need more flexbility with design/appearances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our own learning management system. In house, one stop platform for internal employees to find their learning needs, especially the mandatory training. Offer a better way to track compliance and completion.

Our client success manager is super quick to respond and help troubleshoot any time we have a question--I really appreciate the quick and personable support at the time we need it!

The reporting that we would like requires a little customization.

User-Friendly for Admins and Learners

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has been a really good plan that is intuitive for both admins and learners. Implementation of the software was easy and we were able to hit a tight timeline with our go-live. Support has been robust, betweem their Knowledge Base and Support Team. Absorb LMS is used daily by our learners and on a weekly basis by our admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absorb's e-commerce functionaility is weak compared to other acpects of their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our content is catered to learners who may not be tech-savvy and use a variety of devices for training (phones, tablets, or computers). Its ease of use ensures that these learners can access content independently, without needing frequent administrative support.
