Easy to get running, great features for internal use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Overall intuitive interface. Very easy to get going out-of-the-box. Strong support for SCORM standards, Great CSM partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited shopping cart functionality. Analyze reporting add-on is a great improvement, but feature set for reporting remains limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb allows us to reach thousands of educators with our blended learning courses. The ability to be both an internal LMS and also allow client administrators to see their learners' progress are a huge benefit. In addition, the ability to easily set up branded portals for our clients allows us to be perceived as a stronger partner. Great CSM, Natalie, helps to figure out how to leverage the solution and meet our use cases.

Great Platform Rich in Features
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize content is a key component of this platform. It has an intuitive user interface and onbaording with their implementation team was very weell pplanned.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of button and UI items that could be improved upon to allow users to interact with the content easier. The main one is regarding the need to click ont eh next lesson when videos complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized learning platform for all employees was our key focus. Many business units were training using different tools. LMS has allowed us to bring all content to one place for easier training, transparency of content, and standardized our training.

The content creation is a great tool and a massive step up for our team. The detailed reporting is also very useful and somethiing we will be taking advantage of over time.

There are some technical limitations. An issue we faced was with a live sync happening with our HRIS. There are also some tasks that require administrative effort and cannot be done on mass

We can report on our training data a lot better now.

What do you like best about the product?
From the very first demo, the Absorb platform seemed very intuitive and designed with the Administrator in mind within the UI. That sense of mindfulness or intuitiveness has persisted all the way through implementation and into our launch with the platform. Feedback from our learners have been very positive and they too have commented on the simplicity in operation and consistency across platforms (phone, tablet, web, etc.).
Support from the Absorb Success team is fabulous! They have a plan, a process, a methodology and if you'll follow, a successful implementation and launch is almost guaranteed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out as a dislike, but I can comment on a feature that would save time. When importing PowerPoint slides (the import tool is very good), it would be great if there was a way to convert animations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to present training material about our products to customers both pre-sales (general product education, deployment considerations) and post-sale (operational tactics, best practices, etc.), that would augment our training teams. Ultimately, Absorb LMS is creating consistency in our training and generating organizational scale in operation.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive to use and set up for first-timers and non-technical roles. The experience can be personalized for different segments (communication, course catalog) and various engagement features can make the learning experience more interactive (polls and surveys, segment-level forums)
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's easy to use, it is a bit rigid regarding front-end options. The ways content can be displayed are pretty limited and often not optimal. Absorb LMS disposes of APIs, but out-of-the-box integrations to other systems seem to be lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS allowed us to scale up our training processes and switch over to a 1tomany training approach without missing out on the quality of content delivery. It also provides a centralized hub for all educational content for our users.

Absorb has many automations options which allows us to reach our customers with ease and communicate with them, providing all the content they need. Absorb allowa use to create separate LX for different audience and make content available to cater to their needs. Admin is easy to learn, intuitive and the features have a high level of customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has many upsides compared to the various LMS I have used. Starting with the user experience, learners can easily and efficiently engage with learning content. There is a richness of features available to admins for enhancement of user experience. Absorb's Admin Experience eases day-to-day operations, and the powerful reporting capabilities give managers visibility to learner performance that helps guide and shape engagement to improve the impact of training.

It's hard to point out flaws in Absorb because it is continuously improved, and new enhancements are added regularly.

Absorb LMS provides us a modern, agile training management platform to help us realize the benefits of just-in-time learning, skill and knowledge assessment, and improved insights into learner performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has made the creation of content so easy to learn and to implement! Being able to upload existing training PowerPoints is another amazing detail and gives you extra resources in your LMS. Creating and managing users is a breeze with Absorb, making my job much easier. They also are always willing to help answer any questions or help with any issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a way to currently search by category in the Manager Experience so the list of available courses can become extremely long to scroll through.

Historically, reporting has not been as smooth an experience as we would have liked but this has recently been improved with a recent update which is still in testing, however, it seems to be work as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb ensures that we are able to quickly react to changing customer needs and provide solutions which meet their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the implementation process was. I enjoy having a dedicated success manager to help me with each step. The customer service team is extremely professional and responsive. I have had a couple of issue with content not being configured properly on my end. However, the Absorb support team has always been able to find a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the online training could improve for difficult task like setting up a curriculum or creating and editing a certificate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system is allowing ISM to track learners progress successfully. In addtion, learners can resume where they left on within their curriculum.
