Right Sized Support for Our Org
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in engagement through the Engage tool - this is a game changer for sharing information and creating engagement through competition.
Our customer support manager was an amazing resource to help us figure out what we needed to move to the next phase in our development.
A challenge Absorb has is that you have generated an excellent online support system that answers so many of the questions that we are encountering in our rebaselining and configuration and expansion of our use of the system. This means that when we need to make a cost driven decision it makes sense to use the resources we have available if they meet the needs we have.
The individual attention and support from our CSM to our specific questions has been very high quality and appreciated and has helped us uncover how to navigate the online help available which is what I would expect from a high-quality account support. Essentially, we were guided to the point to feeling relatively self-sufficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple terms for the various type of organizations within the LMS can get confusing - groups, departments, etc. the online portal took some support from our CSM to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a complinace driven organization that is transitioning to a learning culture with a focus on development. Being able to create leaderboards, points, and curriculum for development has been key.

A very powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Alsporb LMS is very customizable and gives any type of business a lot of different solutions for their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is not the most user friendly on the admin side of things. It would be useful if there would be more "in bulk" management options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to consolidate the same knowledge across teams and branches and promote the company culture.

Easy to create content and always improving the software and great customer support.

Nothing... This is a every well layed out program.

Reassured we selected the right LMS
What do you like best about the product?
It does what we need it to and appears to be user-friendly for Users.

Certificate isn't as 'pretty' as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marking the Assessment, producing a certificate and re-enrolling technicians 350 days after for annual training requirements.
Excellent LMS Product and Staff
What do you like best about the product?
Very much enjoyed how user friendly the product is, along with the very nice Create product to create comprehensive courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at the moment! I'm very much enjoying the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS will be taking over the onboarding training of new hires, which will help with time zone differences across multiple offices, as well as the time dedicated to onboarding new staff.
Approachable learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb offers a wide variety of templates that can be used for creating content. It is designed to allow quick learning for the administrator, and an engaging experience for the end user. The customer support is excellent - truly the best of all the LMS systems I've utilized in my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been spoiled by systems designed for use in Higher Education, and Absorb doesn't have as many types of assessment available as some other LMS products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hoping to have more language translation available in the system for our employees, and it is also a priority for Absorb as well.
Absorb LMS: Administrative Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can always count on my Absorb support team to help me troubleshoot. The availability and accessibility is a huge help. Absorb lets me customize and run any report I need, the filtering options are great, and my favorite aspect is being able to use Absorb Create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are still areas for growth surrounding accessibility - captioning, lesson translations, and the opportunity to implement AI. There are occasional technical glitches, but I'm always able to troubleshoot with my Absorb team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in an organization with over 1,000 employees, but work in an L&D team of two, so Absorb LMS allows me to successfully be an administrator, instructor, and designer! The ease of pulling and generating reports lets me communicate with all of my employees with ease, and with accurate data. Absorb also gives me the tools to create all of our learning in-house. I also love that Absorb allows me to submit ideas and support other Absorb admins with their great ideas- I know Absorb takes these ideas into account, and my Absorb team always lets me know what's coming down the pipeline! I can tell that Absorb is always developing and growing along with industry trends.
My experience felt like the LMS was create for me if was personalized and exceptional.

intuitive, flexible platform for efficient and engaging content, and fun to work with. Your best value is the exceptional customer experience you offered me every step during the implementation process.

There is nothing, I really like the platform.

Collecting the specific metrics I need, by making my reports customization flexible.
Absorb Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a very good level of customization in the visualization, which facilitates user's navigation. Likewise, the development and implementation of the courses is simple and with little complexity, which allows us to quickly understand how to do it. Absorb have a high degree of customer service, they always responded efficiently to any requirement that was made throughout the implementation process, they were always available to support us. And, the platform is supported in the languages we need (English and Spanish).
Finally, Absorb integrates easily with the HRIS we are using (BambooHR).

What do you dislike about the product?
The Manager experience is a bit restricted and does not allow the progress of direct and indirect reports to be graphically displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Globally integrate our Learning processes, Data management.
LMS rookies!
What do you like best about the product?
We have chose the Absorb LMS for our first delve into the world of training delivery via an LMS. The introduction to the platform by the implementation team has been great, and the support in getting set up has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with anything new, it has taken a while to get used to the platform, but our contact in the Absorb implementation team has been super patient with us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Absorb LMS is helping us to reduce the workload of our trainers, who have been manually marking and grading assessments. Tracking training records and creating training certificates will now be done on the Aborb platform as well.
