What do you like best about the product?
I love the support that I recieve for the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an easier feel and use for new comers on the admin side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb provides our learners with an easy platform that is complient with the CDI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to organize our trainings in Absorb. Absorb has features that make it very easy to add new trainings to help our employee to continue to learn and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the trainings that my company uses, we often use a 3rd party resource. We mostly have issues with integration if the training is coming from those 3rd parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absrob solves the problem of knowing how to best organize trainings and certifications for our employees. They offer a cohesive platform that employees can take trainings and find recourses to help them in their career.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is phenomenal! The team at Absorb walks new customers through the implementation process step-by-step to make the transition as easy and simple as possible. You are able to choose the LMS features that work best for your training needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration has been a bit disconnected with our technical rep, so smoothing out that process would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is proving our learners with a more contemporary, easy-to-use LMS, as compared to our previous LMS. We appreciate the robust reporting features available with Absorb, and how we can track learners' progress through their course journey. We also love how supportive and available the customer service team has been.

What do you like best about the product?
My client successmanager is increbiby helpful, If she does not already have a solution, she investigates and keeps me posted on my tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functions can be improved. Being forced to report on online, ILC and curriculum in separate reports, as well as being limited to 30 courses for an onlince course activity report, is time comsuming. Improvements have been recetly made, but there is still opportunity for greater enhance,ent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the complaince training requirements is the most important need for us.

What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly the LMS, the well-documented Knowledge Base, and the support that comes from our CSM, Stephanie Berry (Stephanie is awesome).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the LMS has hiccups that can make it troublesome to use.

The LMS is helping us host our training and track external training.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS's world-class customer support made the entire process of researching, sourcing, purchasing, and implementing the software a breeze. Our designated implementation manager (shoutout May) walked us through every step of the way, making it easy to get started with all of Absorb's features and customization options. We're so glad we chose Absorb LMS - it's the perfect solution for our company's training needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its many strengths, the Absorb LMS has a few customization options that could be improved. However, the company has a portal where users can submit suggestions, and I believe they take feedback seriously and work to implement it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was an outdated platform that did not provide an easy learning experience for users.

A comprehensive tool with a lot of capability

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how to navigate Absorb, it has a lot of capabilities and flexibility. The best thing is probably their customer service. Our dedicated Customer Service Manager, Stephanie B., is truly exceptional. She works patiently with us to help us achieve our goals using the system. She has also gone above and beyond several times. Stephanie explains things clearly and promptly responds to our follow-up questions via email, typically within 20 minutes to an hour. In addition to Stephanie, there is a highly proficient tech team available 24 hours a day, capable of resolving technical issues. If you decide to invest in Absorb, I highly recommend purchasing the dedicated CSM package; it's worth every penny. Lastly, I like that they have a suggestion bank with "voting." So that when you run into a need that the LMS doesn't currently satisfy, you can either suggest it "up-vote" it, if someone else already has.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation was a little rocky. But the dedicated team worked to rectify some of the mishaps we had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us a robust tool to organize and deliver our overall talent development strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The helpful staff, quick responses and willingness to help troubleshoot (even when operator error), friendliness and patience with all staff encountered. I have had nothing but a great experience with Absorb and their staff to help me in any way possible and also very fast responses and communication. Thank you again!

I like everything about the Absorb and the ease of use when using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic use of the program and getting to know all of the features as well as anyupdates they have and making the users familiar prior to the changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create new courses.
Reporting is robust.
Customer support is superb, including our CSM Stephanie Berry!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nudge changes only impact new enrollments, as do updates to ILC sessions. We've had some issues with WebEx meetings not showing in calendar invites because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are about to implement the Manager Experience. Managers have been asking for an easier way to see their learners' progress and enroll in courses.

The availability of our CSM, Stephanie and how willing she is to help anytime I need it.

I cannot change the default for the number of items per page.

It makes online training a vast number of people easier.
