Creating learning experiences and opportunities for our staff
What do you like best about the product?
The way the administration side is organized (very easy to learn & use daily) + the service is really great. One of my favorite things about Absorb is the priority of continuous improvement. I appreciate working with our Client Success Manager to learn about new updates and how to implement the system in a way that is best for our organizational needs. I also appreciate how well Absorbs working with our other authoring systems and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some functions even further developed so they would be even more tailor made for our company. That being said, an LMS is a work in progress and the Absorb development teams works really hard to improve. Communication of LMS updates (what has been updated and when) could be better though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb plays a big role in our compliace and retention efforts for our staff. We are able to pull reporting when needed for audits and ensure smoooth access to trainings for licensure.

Always a user friendly positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Absorb LMS is having our dedicated CSM to hand for any queries I may have. The upside to Absorb LMS, for me, is that I find it pretty user friendly, this is the first LMS I have used from an Admin side and I find it easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started in my role our CSM was in a different timezone to me which made things tricky. Absorb were great at changing us over to a CSM in the same time zone as me when I requested it. I would like to see the use of Dynamic Fields in the Message user function - this would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to reach all of our members of staff globally with Essential training. This would otherwise be tricky without a L&D person in every region. It enables us to report and monitor on Compliance training.

What do you like best about the product?
This was our first LMS as an organization and the support and product has been amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything we dislikew ith Absorb at this point in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a services based company and Absorb has allowed us to scale our training and ensure that our team can be brought up to speed quickly on new products and service enhancements.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Absrob is their customer serivce and tech support. Whenever I have an issue I know I can count on my CSM or their support portal for the assistance I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not of any that I can think of, thankfully whenever I do have an issue I get a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our users the learning they need on the device they use.
Absorb LMS is a great solution for organizing all your training in one handy place!
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS is very user friendly and allows me to create engaging trainings, check on the enrollment status at any point, send reminders, etc. Our implementation specialist, May, was great to work with as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is to have more rollup team reporting so I can easily see a "scorecard" for my entire team, in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to consolidate trainings under various curriculums, and also easily track completion and grades.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the extremely detailed and very thorough settings and options available within the LMS. When structuring content to a complex and diverse learner base, these options make targeting and organizing content to each department or group extremely helpful. Additionally, I love the overall design layout. While any organization can customize their layout, the underlying concept was there from the beginning and often referred to it as "elegant". Which is exactly what our company was looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the detailed and very thorough settings are a blessing, they are often times overwhelming. I often find myself reaching out excessively to my product manager for settings that are clearly visible, but just camaflouged among the many available settings on screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The initial rollout of Absorb is for Sales Training. In our commercial restaurant equipment industry, while there are many experienced sales men and women, there is a shift in the personnel which leads to a need for contonuing product knowledge. The Absorb platform will be the electronic learning tool and path for success for thousands of sales men and women around the globe.
Great Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service support is great! They have always been poliet and easy to speak to. Whenever I have reached out, I have always been responded to in a timely manner and have always left with a full understanding of the response and next steps I need to make to custamize our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big dislikes, but would love to see the survey layout features on the platform be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a space to for us to provide educational courses to our users
Flexible & Versatile Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb allows us to standardize employee training across our organization with various course formats. This enables us to utilize formalized training packages, as well as creating our own training that is specific to our industry and sites. The Absorb platform is very user friendly for our employees at all levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard reporting is good, but is more of a manual process than we would like. We are going to implement the Analyze module to get more in depth reporting in an automated way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Absorb, our OSHA Safety training was a manual process with each site using DVD players and paper quizzes. We also had to rely on physical recordkeeping. We are now rolling out the platform for all of our sites, and this has allowed easier adminstration of the required training in a modern and fresh way. Training records are easily obtained when needed, no more digging through a file cabinet!
The auto enrollement feature is extremely helpful for ensuring the right employees get the appropriate training needed.

Exactly what we need
What do you like best about the product?
We looked at Absorb several years ago and added it to our "wish list" of services, and this year, we were able to move forward. Our expectations were very high, and the implementation team and the functionality in the LMS did not disappoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered any down sides yet, and we love that we have an opportunity to suggest new features and updates through the Absorb ideas portal.

Absorb LMS + Create give us a single place to create and host engaging content for our own teams and our clients' teams.
Very Functional System
What do you like best about the product?
They have very detailed reporting features. Reports can be build and setup to automatically send to specific users on specific days. Tracking users training is very simple. Very simple to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see another option or options for tracking hands on training.

Tracking of learning and tracking of certifications. Compliance tracking and training.
