Great program with a lot of functionality

What do you like best about the product?
All training and certificates tracked in one location, user friendly, good customer support with solution work arounds on specific limitations. Tamar specifically was helpful in a situation that was complex. After attending an Office Hours session, she followed up on various points until she found the solution. There are many platforms to receive support through their help desk, office hours or suggestions on areas of improvement/feedback on fuctionality on their public support platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restrictions on certificate viewability for external certificates, limited course types ie. ILC and online does not capture full use of what we require for our company, does not capture course requirements at user level ie required once or mandatory for recertification and reporting limitations for all courses, instead of individual courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in-house and external training tracked and serviced in one location. Reporting features for ease of training in the future.

Great Product

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has made it so easy for us to track our leaners and be able to easily find who is behind or needs what training. It was easy to integrate into our current busniess with very little learning curve for our managers. Our CSM Stephanie has been awesome in support and helpful with any questions that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few little things that are very specific to our busniess that we would likechnaged but the system as a whole was a major upgrade from our old system and we have very very few issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved alot of our reporting and external training tracking. It always us to ensure all our learners are up to date on required trainings while allowing us to see any past due issues before they become a major problem.

What do you like best about the product?
We have only had Absorb for almost 6 months- but so far there are components that have greatly improved from prior LMS-like systems we have used previously. Absorb is easy for users to navigate and is intuitive to the user. The Create function in combination with buying the Amplify content has given us the opportunity to train, develop, and engage multiple roles in our organization. We have an HCM integration with ADP and the automatic and quick flow of information regarding status and job titles has taken care of a lot of what was previously manual work. The reporting functions are also better than previous system, and everyone from admins to managers like having that information.

We also have Client Success Manager, Stephanie Berry, who has assisted us since going live with Absorb and has done an excellent job. She is very timely in being responsive and available and will either provide an answer or direct us to the correct place to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to reporting specific to our organization. I would also like the HCM integration to continue to improve overtime to sync other pieces of information, such as Reviewer roles and automated manager imports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb allows us to reach multiple roles within the organization. This is the first time we have had one LMS that is consistent throughout the whole organization, so it allows field operations, manager development needs, and certain compliance trainings to be housed in the same place and allows consistent application and familiarity, inspiring more frequent use.

Manually marking attendance and also having users enroll in every activity in a curriculum.

LMS registration form shoud be able to highlight missing fields for users to correct.

What do you like best about the product?
The Absorb LMS is intuitive and offers a wide range of capabilities that enables great connectivity and flexibility to our workforce. We were hobbled by our legacy system that couldn't offer Instructor-led offerings and had no internal notifications to alert learners to upcoming learning opportunities.

Absorb is easily skinned to offer a brand-focused platform with clear tile displays for learners and powerful capabilities to help learners integrate courses into their calendars and receive system-driven notifications surrounding their upcoming events and progress.

Support is also key! From the Sales and Support side we couldn't ask for better partnership. Over 1.5 years into our relationship we're still having weekly check-ins to ensure we are running smoothly, even when we were creating major impact by launching a new HRIS system - we had a team helping us out.

The actual range of content integration is also impressive. From SCORM content, videos, and other types of learning content it's a hardy and flexible platform - all delivered responsively across devices to our learners.

Overall an excellent choice for anyone hosting learning in an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little downside to using Absorb. The only possible critique is the handling of course display visuals with slight pixilation. This could be due to the responsive programming to reach across devices - OR, and this could actually be a bigger factor, that visuals are an afterthought post developing content. Very likely more time and attention to the visual components in design and development could improve learner visual experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no scheduling opportunity for learner opt in training for virtual instructor led courses in our prior system. We are a growing national retailer with stores spread across the US time zones - prior training was assigned and offered no learner flexibility options.

From an Admin side, the ease of setting up even more complex curricula is straightforward and easy to implement. The great landing page makes it easy to highlight learning opportunities and campaign our compliance and other offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
The Absorb LMS Create Tool has provided our organization with the tools to quickly provide training needed to all employees. The available features, ease of use within the system, and reporting make this program engaging. My client success manager Stephen has provided us with great knowledge and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the Manager tab is not automated when users sign up with an enrollment key.

Providing eLearning education to all team members.

What do you like best about the product?
We can tailor the material and assessments to our training approach thanks to the powerful course building and management capabilities. In addition, the analytics and reporting tools enable me to monitor Leaners' advancement and pinpoint areas in need of development. The absorb team has provided outstanding help. When you have any inquiries or concerns, they always answer right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Above all, a more contemporary and user-friendly design for the user interface would be beneficial. It would be easier to use and feels a little dated, especially for first-time users, with the existing layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The capacity to handle an increasing number of learners and courses is provided by Absorb LMS for companies that need to scale their training initiatives. This scalability is especially beneficial for companies that grow quickly. Organizations can customize training materials using the technology to meet their own requirements. In order to offer a more unique and interesting learning experience, this customization can involve branding, course design, and content integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplistic design, that you can essentially get to most areas through various menu selections, the upgraded admin dashboard, and I think the support team is fantastic. We have an incredible CSM, Melissa Wu and I wish she could be the CSM for all of our SaaS applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on feedback from our IT Developers, the API calls coud be better including Reviewer panel calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to onboard and career path our team members. We maintain safety and compliance through the coursework in the LMS.

The management of course/curriculum still feels a little clunky to me and hard to manage. Meaning it requires leaders to go in to individual transcripts to validate completion
