Long Standing Partnership with Absorb

What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things that make Absorb stand out. The User Experience is very intuitive. The Admin/Setup side has a great deal of flexibility. Our CSM Greg Law has been a highlight. He's very effective at advocating for us within the various Absorb teams. When we bring him a problem he delivers creative, custom, and timely solutions for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I can think of is more a knock on software in general rather than Absorb in paticular.

Examples; Discontinuing features, sunsetting a reporting platform etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is how we schedule, deliver, record, and report on training. Absorb delivers an attractive and effective solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most about Absorb the support we receive and the training resources and documents that make our experience enjoyable. Absorb boasts an awesome, user-friendly interface that is very intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to train other Admins. Additionally, I appreciate the customization and how it aligns with my company's branding and specific needs. Another feature I love about Absorb is its ability to effectively support videos, documents, and quizzes. The reporting functionality is excellent for helping us track the learner's experience and provide the metrics the managers request. There is so much to love about Absorb, and my experience with it continues to be great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Absorb Help Center was more user-friendly. I think all tabs within the Course should automatically open, or at least the ones with information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. I love how intuative it is. I love that our campgrounds who use the LMS can very naturally navigate both the learner experience screen as well as the admin screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
This would not be a huge dislike vs a suggestion to improve the platform which would be a Digital Adoption componant to the system that would all the LMS administrator to build certain performance support documents that could be accessed by the LMS user while they are performing their work in real time to help them perform their jobs. To me, if this element was added, this would literally be the perfect platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to offering trainings to our campgrounds which is a value add for the services they expect as a franchisee. This platforma also allows us the ability to grow our future offerings with some unique features it includes such as collaboration teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb provides a great reporting tool to give our L&D and leadership team insight on how our team is engaging with their learning within our organization. I appreciate my partnership with my CSM and recent experience with the "integration team" in continually adjusting our LMS to meet our organizations evolving needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Absorb has made huge additions to the roadmap and dynamic capabilities since we went live with absorb lms in May of 2020 there are small features here and there that would made administrators roles much easier and streamlined. Also looking for more robust MS Teams integration that would allow for "instructors license" in MS teams that would allow them to be organizers etc when actually facilitating these virtual trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is where our employees engage with ALL of their learning. It is where we house learning opportunities in skill progression, procedural training, professional development. onboarding, and compliance /safety training.

We have run into cases where an issue arises, and we do not always get resolution in a timely manner.

Gives a platform for standardized training across our whole company. Saves time and money versus individualized training.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and upload content as well as manager and reprot on it.
Ability to customise pages and send out information to users

The reporting is very high level and not granualr. You need to purchase extra to get this level of detail.

What do you like best about the product?
The administrative reports and their customization and scheduling features are most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoices can be confusing in regards to the charges and reasoning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have thousands of clients that need specific training and Absorb's system is robust and capable to deliver that training with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The success of our trade school is due to our partnership with Absorb-LMS. We appreciate the enhancements Absorb has made to the product. It has successfully impacted our business. We love contributing to the idea board, which allows us to offer suggestions and feedback to improve the LMS portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to use other features that Absorb provides but the packages are too expensive for us to expand. Would like to see a pricing package that includes bulk offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manager experience and observation checklist are game changers. Our students have benefited from being assessed in the field by applying the E-learning curcumin to real word experiences. Our apprentices love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experiences and support from our Success Team are by far some of the best Customer Service we have experienced with an LMS vendor. The out of the box funtionality makes the day to day tasks of our Admin so much easier as well as our corporate team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't dislike Absorb, we dislike that some enhancements take too long to rollout or aren't already addressed by Absorb but otherwise there is nothing we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learner development, reporting/tracking of completions, compliance. We have a much better understanding of what our Learners want as well as where they are strongest. We are able to share data with our leadership teams at the corporate and field level at a glance as well as making sure that we are adhering to compliance requirements.
