What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has made data more accessible to leaders within our organization. With our previous LMS, our administor had to act as a gate keeper to support leaders that needed access to key reports. With the manager experience and modified admin roles, leaders are able to access what they need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see absorb expand their reporting capabilities to show all employees under a manager's reporting hieraching versus direct reports. This can improve compliance as our leaders have a high-level understanding of how their team is performing across the board. I'd also like to see a true overdue status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is improving it's intergration with Microsoft Teams. We really appreciate this feature. We love the attendance tracking component and look forward to leveraging the breakout rooms in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the key features of Absorb LMS is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which makes it easy for both administrators and learners to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrated Reporting is inadequate. I'm very resentful for having to pay for features in Absorb LMS that should inherently be included and to the scale and robustness that business partners need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS has helped our organization better manage and organize our growing course library and learner base. It has provided us with a best-in-class front-end learning experience for our internal associates and external customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The most hepful part of Absorb LMS is 100% our case manager Stephanie Berry. She is always incredibly prompt with responses and provides supplemental articles to thoroughly cover the issue. I've admined a lot of programs and she is by far the best direct support I've had.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations within the system. Feel as if reporting could be more dynamic and robust - for example being able to run reports on all of our pending compliance courses without having to do it individually on a user or course basis. The ability to not be able to retroactively enable messages for courses has been a bit of a speedbump for us too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a new LMS for us but not our first. We are excited to explore the content more and leverage our LMS more throughout the company. The integration with Microsoft is very helpful and we plan on expanding to have content submissions from our team members. Just getting started with our build!

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the way you have to toggle from Admin to Manager dashboard, I hope as this feature becomes more built out that you do not have to give someone admin and manager access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide us with a custom branded enviroment that can house courses, resources, records and reports all in one place. We also love to use the course authoring tool Create, to make awesome courses within the LMS.

The LMS is highly customizable. Working with Tamar - the 1 on 1 customer success manager - has been a great experience and the customer service is very responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Support, Tech Support, and Account Support is superb. I really love how the basic version is simple and functional and a good price, you can then add extra features as you need them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially I did not find the Admin easy to navigate but that speaks more to my skills than the LMS. Bulk uploads could be easier. The new manager view also fixes many of my struggles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge part-time workforce that needs to be paid to complete important compliance and performance-related trainings. Multiple user and admin types allows for my large org to have the different access they need.
