We Loved Every Minute!
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb was the first LMS we used after launching our eLearning program. Onboarding was very smooth and the site is extremely intuitive for both Admins and Users.
We love the reporting options and the ease with which we can assign and track training.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing it would be to give users the ability to reset a PIN number when they forget it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb allows us to maintain training records for 40+ locations across the country in one space.

Absorb is great and the Customer Support is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Support. Absorb has an excellent infrastructure to help its clients meet their training needs. They have the Absorb Academy, ideal for learning the product, and the Absorb Help Center, where you can learn about one-off issues. Most of all, our Client Success Manager, Joel has been great in keeping us know about different products and iterations of the LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some bugs, and it can feel like it takes a little bit of time to get software solutions like the manager experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that they have begun to try and add some functionality to the Manager experience. The Admin view can be daunting for many of our People Leaders, but the Manager Experience is more intuitive. Looking forward to seeing what future states of the ME look like.

could be more user friendly and easier on the eye, some of the processes like adding courses and users could be simplified

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS reporting and learner experience are commendable, with minor tweaks that can be made for an even more optional experience. Overall, we are delighted with both the product and the services provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would really need to able to customise the main page of LMS, which is so restricted. We cannot observe the number of students who have not attended our courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now effortlessly manage hundreds of learners to enjoy their courses with flawless performance. It enables us to import new students quickly. Highly responsive platform. The constant upgrades make me stick with them.
Great partners for small business
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the power of the Absorb platform. It has a lot of functionality yet is easy to use and affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still relatively new users, and the learning curve has taken some time. I do wish there was a bit more flexibility in the design of the public dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is automating manual processes and providing access to a consistent set of learning materials for our entire ecosystem.
Beautiful and Effective Tool for Online Learning
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the customization options and settings that allow you to have full control on the learner experience. The platform is very responsive, and changes can be reviewed in real time. We just started using Absorb to host all of our online training and are very satisfied with our experience so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionalities that we are looking for in an LMS are still in development with Absorb. The good thing is that they are always looking to improve and are attentive to our needs and suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb has allowed us to consolidate all of our training and learning products in one place, not to mention the tracking of individual learners, and cohorts, and their progress in various areas.
A positive and resourceful experience
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that it is easy to navigate and understand. Being new to the system, through my organization, it has been easy to learn to use absorb as an admin and user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. The new way to mark attendance is a little challenging for our organization, as we need another option for users to have attended a lab, but still not 100% complete for credit of that course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit we have with absorb is the ease we can provide our users with their need to complete and source educational content related to our organization and products. Navigating our LMS is easy because of what we can do with absorb.
Good software for learning

It is great software to start learning new courses at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs few fixes and more smooth transitions the course pages

It is providing wide number of courses at one portal which is easy for users.
Highly capable LMS with inbuilt creation
What do you like best about the product?
Built in learning module creation that doesn't require a designer to drive it. Somewhere between basic and Adobe functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides to mention. Can't fault this LMS

Ability to create clear learning plans for employees and provide insightful reporting that identifies progress for managers and L&D staff.
Friendly, Clear, Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I think the UI is really clear for learners and it's configured to make it easy as an admin. Customer service is always prompt and approachable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to do manual uploads of completion data for ourselves, rather than getting a ticket through Absorb.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us maintain compliance and ethics responsibilities for our company. It's also helping us track company culture initiatives.
