What do you like best about the product?
Absorb's integration with ADP has essential and useful for our team. The reporting features are beneficial for sharing data and insights with our broader teams. Jason has been extremely helpful in teaching our team new tricks, informing us about upcoming features, and quickly answering questions when we need him. He can direct us to the correct person if he doesn't know the answer himself (which is rare).
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is no way to set courses as equivalent to one another, which our team would benefit from, but it may be coming in future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS is helping us to automate, consolidate and speed up our training, reporting, and other learning administrative tasks. The course settings are advanced and help us to refine our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is fairly easy to pick up and design a course. The controls and interface are user friendly. I appreciate that the platform makes management easy and there can be multiple users supporting administrative tasks due to multiple roles that we can delegate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if there were more functions that can be batched, like batch copying content or enrolling more than 5 users at a time. There are a few features that must be done one at a time that can make the workflow challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have a hybrid learning environment and have in-person and virtual components in an easy to access way and can control who has access and for how long.

What do you like best about the product?
My Client Success Manager is the best thing about Absorb! She really takes the time to follow up with me and keep track of my project and LMS goals. She provides extra assistance and goes out of her way to help us out at our tiny non profit. I also love their Academy for learning more tools, tips, and tricks. Seems like they are always coming out with new things!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a new LMS user and "designer" with no previous guidance or education. I wish there was a component for basic users who are using Absorb as part of their job duties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalability, sustainability, growth, and streamlining! I am training Teachers in our cycling curriculum. As a lean non-profit we need to streamline, bundle, and be direct so that our teachers across the nation can access our materials, videos, and tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb's intuitive, user-friendly interface is quick to learn and easy to use. It has a great level of flexibility but is also stable and robust. Users' wants and needs are taken on board for new features. Customer support is excellent, they are always happy to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing a large library of courses is time consuming due to the lack of bulk course editing features available at this point in time. There is room for future improvement in this space, where allowing edits to be carried out to multiple courses in bulk would both save time and make new features more easy to utilise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering training content to an industry where the learning format and ease-of-use is critical. Absorb allows us to provide our customers with training in a format they are comfortable with, allowing them to get the most out of the training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it for internal and external needs. Providing trainings to external partners is essential and this tool is helpful. Adding in Absorb Create has been a great additon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is not as user friendly as possible and it takes some trial and error to get things right. Absorb Create could be enhanced by allowing folks to download a PDF file of the slides and having stock images readily available in the system to help create robust trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to create content is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the analytics available to us and the ability to customize different templates for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not quite sure we like Absorb Create. It doesn't seem to do a lot of the things we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to customize templates for our clients, provide certifications, run analytics, SSO.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Absorb for a year now, and even though I am still learning how to navigate the LMS, I feel confident because I receive a wonderful support from Melissa Wu. She is always ready to provide assistance and a solution to every situation. I have also taken advantage of Absorb Academy; the videos are truly informative. However, nothing like having Melissa quickly jump into action with any question I may have. She is a true asset!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the dashboard to communicate with Admins, but I would also like a dashboard to share with users. I could post a calendar with upcoming training and other necessary information to reach everyone quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS helps keep track of training completion. We can pull reports, save their certifications in one place, and send nudges to remind them to take their mandatory training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create different templates for different clients.
I like that Absorb have started to make great strides in their updates. They are more responsive to feedback and have an ideas portal that allows you to make suggestions, or vote and agree with other suggestions. When there are enough votes, they implement your suggestion or at least try to.
It's always great to have customer care support. My Client Success Manager is Jessica Pratti and she is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer care support has been erratic, until Jessica became our client success manager. My colleague in India couldn't understand the accent of our client success manager. We asked for permission to turn on subtitles in meetings, got permission from her to turn them on, gave her some feedback on what we were looking for and then she didn't want to work with us. After that, we had to have three people from Absorb at every meeting. I felt that WE had been naughty, when all we wanted was subtitles and to give feedback on the support. I also think that we should have a faster turnaround on queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need it for onboarding content and managing learning cycles

A full-featured versatile Learning Management System

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the dozens of LMS's I've trialed or utilized over the past ten years, Absorb is the best at supporting the hierarchy of a master organization, then sub-organizations, each with their own courses, users, admins, segregated data and templates. Each sub-org can have a customized portal with its logo and colors. As a collection of public agencies, this hierarchy support is nearly perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one and only dislike I have with Absorb is the way it handles enrollments and completion data. If you are a large organization like we are, with individual sub-orgs sharing a 'global' course library to each enroll their employees into, you will into run into re-enrollment issues for yearly compliance courses if each sub-org wants to control when those re-enrollments occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb allows for multiple public agencies to function as Departments under one master department, which very few LMS's have that kind of hierarchy flexibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS has features that we didn't used to have previously, such as an intelligent search feature for courses, a beautiful, user-friendly interface for learners, and fantastic reporting features. Additionally, Melissa Wu, our client success manager, was extremely responsive to our various questions as we learned the new platform. It was nice to have a go-to person to walk us through the platform in depth, help us set up the interface's design, and trouble shoot when we ran into issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see an easier unenroll button (rather than stemming from the three dots to click on, it would be great to have it be an actual icon so people can easily find it). I'd also love to see a way for people to request new courses of interest and then be added to a waitlist where they would be notified once we have added courses on those topics to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple, user-friendly storing of courses to sign up for and manage as an administrator. Many different possibilities of course types to add (great variety of learning objects). It is helping us to simplify the enrollment process for our business in courses of interest. Prior to Absorb, our courses were stored in a plethora of different platforms, and Absorb has helped us streamline our storage locations for a seamless user experience.
