A very versatile tool that has quickly become a must-have

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is straightforward to use, both for the administrator and the learners. It also looks good, which makes learners want to use it. The customer service support is excellent, Melissa, my Client Success Manager, is always there for my questions and gives me quick follow-ups. The tool meets our different needs, and I recommend it when sharing with peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, a manager function was missing, but it has just been added following customer votes to have this added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to track our completion statistics. Moreover, by having predefined paths, it is easy to register people as soon as they are hired. It allows us to ensure that everyone has had the same training and information.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the platform from the learner side is visually appealing. I like the ability from the admin side to organize the folders. When I don't know how to do something, or the best way to go about it, I appreciate that our customer service rep is easily accessible and knowledgeable. She always makes time to help, and offers detailed instructions with screenshots. When that still doesn't solve it, she is ready to walk me through over zoom and never makes me feel silly for any questions I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the admin section of the platform hard to navigate. If there are ways to organize information or filter out irrelevant brand information, I haven't figured it out. It would be great to have a tutorial available highlighting what's new when the layout is updated or changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our brand uses the platform to house all educational materials for our instructors across the company. This includes manuals, videos, documents, exams, and training sessions. It's great that we can keep so many types of media in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the design and customization of the interface for admins and how user friendly it is for learners. Absorb is the modern technology solution that our team has been searching for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I disliked that users were unable to unenroll from online courses but with the new AE, it is no longer an issue for me and the team. No other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in my previous comment, it was a problem that learners were not able to unenroll from online courses such as LinkedIn Learning courses but with the new AE, learners can un-enroll from courses they no longer want and have the ability to take control of their "My Courses" tile.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS has a robust and wide-reaching management system, with opportunities for customization and creative build options. I like the chance to build courses, curricula, and bundles in various formats and with unique and shared content objects. Likewise, their development teams are constantly improving the product and adding unique features that we can implement immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, new releases or features are a little half-baked or lacking substance. In some cases, upgrades are applicable more to smaller organizations and lack purpose or even detract from our usage. I'd like to see more input or options when implementing updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS meets the needs of a large-scale, nationwide organization with ever-changing levels of management, supervision, and use cases. We see great benefit in the broad customizations and integration options available.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support- any time we have an issue (from a user or internally) our Client Success Manager Olga Mendoza has been incredibly helpful and helps find a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
During Course creation - Object lesson description box only allowing 4000 characters; Credit field does not allow the 'Amount Awarded' field so that whole numbers can still include the decimal point and zero after the number; on Survey-Course evaluations having to click 'submit' after each evaluation item (should only have to submit once for all fields).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common issues like trying to find/edit a user profile and not finding the answer in the Absorb Knowledge base but having our Client Success Manager on hand to help us quickly helps us to provide better support to our learners.

What do you like best about the product?
The basic use of Absorb is fairly intuitive, and Absorb Academy is helpful for diving deeper. I also appreciate the new ideas portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to edit what the learner sees more easily, customize report outputs, and make the learner experience easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to track user activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Absorb are that the team is incredibly helpful in getting you set up and answering questions clearly and concisely. They never leave you on your own to wonder what to do next. The response times are amazing. Also, the platform itself is incredibly intuitive and easy to use for all of our users worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Absorb is that sometimes it can be confusing to figure out what all of the roles and permissions actually stand for. However, they did a great job explaining it to us when we had questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell international leadership development programs in over 90 countries around the world in nearly 30 languages. Absorb is helping us get our programs in the hands of end-users seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
It organizes all of our leaarning modules in a visually appealing way, making it engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be typos in the copy and if there were better flagging tools for that it may help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates an easy to use modular system for training to easily replicate the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the system for both administrators as well as end-users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was the capability for more than one ADP API. I am not sure how other international companies manage this, but manually entering our Canadian new hires and terms is time-consuming and leaves a lot of room for error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS is this company's first e-learning system, and it has proven invaluable for delivering training and using Global Resources.
