What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and response time are top notch. Functionality is simple and straight forward
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is lax and our managers lack visibility to direct reports. However both of these items are being resolved

What do you like best about the product?
Tamar. She is so curious about what i am experiencing and so eager to find not just a solution but a root cause for the problem
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of rules and "that's just the way the system is" that make it hard to flex for what my organization needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking training completion. Helps us ensure that our team members are ready to do a great job

What do you like best about the product?
Easy login, navigation through program.
The CSM support (Tamar Lupo) is excellent!
The basic program is somewhat easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires other programs the system is not complete, like most LMS there is always more to add.
Can be cumbersome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to put all employees in one location.
I can generate reports on the different departments I installed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to generate reports and add employees to courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still in a learning state so finding out better ways of doing tasks in Absorb after the fact can be a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb allows us a better and more efficient way of tracking compliance courses. Absorb allows us to run reports quickly which is great and be able to break it down by our multiple communities/departments. Again, learning to put in good information allows us to get good information and that is key with utilizing Absorb efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer service! Olga, our client rep, is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating graphics on the site is a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering materials to our clients digitally.
Educating our contractors on our products.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a personal account manager helps with those questions that come along. You don't always know what to ask when you are first experiencing the site. Also, the site itself is so intuitive, other sites have many limitations
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike. Maybe not focusing so much on virtual programs. We do primarily in-person classes and would like to have the opportunity to have the participant store notes on their editable sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are becoming more sustainable. Eliminating paper has helped us become more sustainable. It has allowed showing our customers the advanced technology we believe in.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the customer service experience. Absorb makes it easy to submit a ticket, and the respondents are always happy to help in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still getting used to the Next Generation Learner Interface. Because we like to set up our courses a certain way, the new LI has made it a bit difficult and we've had to shift our normal way of setting up courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to house all of our courses within our company in a single modality is beneficial to us. We have tons of courses developed for different departments within our company, so it makes it easier to organize and launch to our learners. It has also made learning more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has significantly increased its client support team and resources for clients. These improvements have been quickly noticed and benefited our LMS experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is nothing that is not working well. Absorb provides a platform for clients to recommend enhancements or improvements. The items I've requested are in progress for implementation. So I'm satisfied at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an LMS to deliver our online content and reach an audience that is dispersed across the U.S. We're able to easily manage the LMS on the admin side.

What do you like best about the product?
We started off with lots of challenges, but our Customer Service Rep has gone above and beyond to get it right. We've been provided regular meeting support and problem-solving help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process was not helpful, although it sounds like it has been improved. The reporting lacks some high level data that should be more accessible and the same is true for some of the dashboards that can be created. Sometimes so much customization is available that understanding the potential consequences for setup one way versus another. That said, having the one-to-one support has been hugely helpful in overcoming these obstacles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop shop for training and reporting. Making training accessible to both internal and external participants. Having a payment pathway for courses that we charge for. Staying on top of data management.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS is intuitive and easy to navigate. The best part of our partnership with Absorb LMS is the support we receive!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to find anything I dislike about the Absorb LMS experience. There is always room for improvement; however, the team is highly invested in listening to their clients and working to implement updates based on needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS has provided a central communication hub where users can find company news, easily access and navigate coursework, and locate important job aids.
