What do you like best about the product?
Caitlyn and the team are very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of roles, departments, users, etc., is defragmented, and we must find workarounds to get the reports we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to reach our internal and external customers easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; ability to brand the learner experience.
The support is FANTASTIC - Greg Law is ALWAYS available and timely in his replies and support. I couldn't speak higher of his help when I have questions, concerns, or challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
We require a lot of "live" role play and assessment, it is challenging to ensure learners have done this without taxing their supervisors to verify sign offs, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling on demand learning across the country.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the hands-on training with Christelle, she was there for every question I needed, and if I needed another call or time to chat she always made an effort to help me understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not the best with technology and learning how to import users on excel was a little difficult for me. Again, Christelle helped and we got through it, but it wasn't without trial!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of money we were spending on paper training was ridiculous. Not to mention not earth friendly. This will help us to always have the most updated information for all of our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support via Enterprise, and proactive and timely standard support. Dynamic visual display capabilities. Excellent proactive updates based on user needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard reporting capabilities are less robust than I hoped for. It is not easy to amalgamate different report types to track responses to different surveys provided by a single user, and I hope this is improved in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made partner onboarding and uptake much smoother. The Public Dashboard feature means we can use Absorb itself to promote our programs. The encouragement email and other automated emaii settings allow us to maintain consistent touchpoints with partners and clients with minimal effort.

Efficient, customizable but difficult on reporting!

What do you like best about the product?
It is efficient. It can easily be customized for different clients, admins and courses and still work efficiently and attractively. Absorb LMS support team is quite responsive and helped us solve some challenges. Our Client Success manager has been accommodating and supported us achieve our goals
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to generate comprehensive reports. There are data silos, and connecting pieces of data for a more holistic overview is highly time and effort-consuming.
Absorb support and training portal is challenging to navigate. It has lots of outdated information. The search feature is not well developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us deliver customized courses to different clients. We can follow up on the actual progress of each client. We can send customized messages to our clients. We are a small team (3) yet could cater to around 300 diversified users every quarter.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplify of the dashboard makes it easy for all of our employees to navigate which is benefical as we have a group of employees who do not have much experience with computers. The customer service provided to us has always been exceptional. Tickets are thoroughly investigated to find cause and resolution. Our client rep is easy to work with and helps us to find way to implement some unique requirements. Appreciate that they use an idea page to gather ideas from their clients for improvements. It is great to know that Absorb listens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still unable to apply updated rules retroactively to enrollees which causes some additional manual work to ensure courses are being properly assigned or re-enrolled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS has allowed us to present a unified training system for the company. We even have been able to expand the courses and tracking options by using the tools available through the LMS.

What do you like best about the product?
Greg has been super helpful in helping me troubleshoot problems and issues we have been experiencing. Able to follow through easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not as robust and the API does not connect well with our system integrations. Lots of bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LMS for brokers so the marketing reps do not need to schedule one on one training which can be very time-consuming and uneffective.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb software is easy to pick up and navigate, having had previous LMS admin experience. Being able to upload courses, run reports, and assign learning objects didn't require a support manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization and automation options. Examples: Setting different class start times for an ILT that spans more than one day. Not being able to set up a dynamic enrollment for a course based off a dynamic group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is providing us with a robust LMS that is helping us to drive a culture that fosters learning and development for both our internal and external employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Our onboarding process was fantastic. Christelle did a great job walking us through everything and keeping us on track with our plan. The dashboards are wonderful and creating classes and curriculum is easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the SSO/vanity URL process and would've liked more clarification on what we would need to accomplish our end intention. Additionally, a pro and con, the platform is so very customizable that the onboarding process was tedious and intimidating because we could literally do anything. There were so many small decisions to be made that it took longer than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS is making it easier for us to get our internal trainings out both internally and externally. It will also be less manual work intensive once we have all of our processes implemented on our side.
