What do you like best about the product?
Our onboarding process was fantastic. Christelle did a great job walking us through everything and keeping us on track with our plan. The dashboards are wonderful and creating classes and curriculum is easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the SSO/vanity URL process and would've liked more clarification on what we would need to accomplish our end intention. Additionally, a pro and con, the platform is so very customizable that the onboarding process was tedious and intimidating because we could literally do anything. There were so many small decisions to be made that it took longer than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS is making it easier for us to get our internal trainings out both internally and externally. It will also be less manual work intensive once we have all of our processes implemented on our side.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb's platform is very intuitive to use and well-designed. Customer support is excellent. Our Client Success Manager, Stephanie, is always quick to respond to our questions, discuss ideas and suggestions, or help with anything else we might need. The help desk support system is also very responsive and helpful with tickets and projects. Absorb continuously improves its products and functionality in meaningful ways, which has allowed us to successfully manage our learning and development programs to train our large and rapidly growing company using Absorb's platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes - Absorb has released updates with solutions to the problem areas we used to have. Absorb should continue to provide excellent customer service and quick responses to customer suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb makes it easy for our company to comply with training requirements and regulations in a user-friendly and efficient way. The platform also allows us to provide our users with learning and development opportunities that meet the needs of our growing business.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb allows me to upload courses in any format I want, it has advanced controls for enrolling specific groups of people, and customizable home pages for our learning platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absorb is a great catch all solution. If you want something more bespoke, it might not hit the sweet spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb helps us train our retail sales force on how to sell products better.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb allows me to provide great learning to my users through video content provided by content libraries and create my own content to share. The platform is easy to use and the customer support is awesome.

Update 2023 - We are still using Absorb and are very happy with the system and customer service. They are so easy to work with and are there if we ever have any questions or issues. Absorb is a great platform - highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some added features we had in our prior platforms, things like enrollment dates that won't inform users of their enrollment until a specific date. Ways to add 'turn off' or end dates for certain enrollments or reports would be nice as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of courses we have to administer to our users, all across the USA. This platform allows me access to customize those courses to our different needs, or send something out company wide.

What do you like best about the product?
The deep functionality for rolling out learning, automating enrollments and renewals, and the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could improve on curriculum reporting and HR hierarchy rollups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is saving our hospital hundreds of hours in enrolling new hires and following up on compliance courses. In the past, this was all manual for us. Now, it's all automated.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is a very easy to use interface, both for the administrative functions as well as for the end-users. Our Client Service Manager, Melissa, does a great job keeping us up to date with updates, answering questions and helping to escalate any issues or challenges we encounter. Everyone is very friendly and responsive and the product is great, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few nuances regarding reporting and navigation that could use some retooling. We have shared suggestions with our CSM and I believe some are already in the works for future enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the ability to have a user-friendly system that integrates well with our different HR interfaces (we have 3 systems that feed data/employees into the system). It makes it easy to track course completions and report out on metrics enterprise-wide.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is modern and easy to use. The help desk is typically responsive and always helpful. I have been using the system for about a year now and am happy with its function!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better survey/evaluation system in place. Folks rarely complete the evaluations post-course completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The LMS has saved our company from tracking and marking attendance in Excel Sheets and has opened the position i'm currently in to work as a training and systems admin.

Quick Development time, Sharp results!

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to create 10 new courses with Create in about 3 months' time (as a relatively new user). It's a quick tool to learn and develop in, but the end results look sharp and polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription feature in to other languages would be so amazing but it doesn't work well. I would love to see the accuracy improved. Some reports also need to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create is helping to make our learning more engaging and more active for our learners. Since moving our previous content to Create modules, our completion rate has improved almost 30%

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is consistent improvements made, a transparent roadmap, a user-friendly learner and admin experience, and the excellent support and communication we receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The responsiveness is great - I sometimes wish to share a small detail that isn't working quite right as feedback - not put in a whole ticket. An example - My favorited saved report in Courses often doesn't come up when I've been in the admin side a while and go back into that report. I don't have the work time to follow that as a ticket - I just want to let someone know.

I also don't understand why on earth we cannot filter by the top level of our departments for variable pricing. That means we can't set a filter for our course to be free to all staff but not external users unless we pick each individual department in a really cumbersome process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb makes our work a lot more efficient, allowing our staff to complete their assigned training without our assistance and return to serving patients and our Learning Technology Team to spend more time creating an excellent learning experience instead of providing a lot of support.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has a great user interface and is very flexible. The tools available can be used in a variety of ways making for creative workflows to solve problems. We had a custom feature built into the product that exceeded our expecatations. Customer support is always very responsive and quick to resolve any issues we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is a bit thin but it works.

Helping learners more quickly and easily complete training - saving time and money.
